We decided to try a new Japanese place. We walked into a basically empty place at 5pm Friday evening. The service was OK but a bit slow. The food was good and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was ok. Not the best looking place. The menu options did confuse me as they had alot of Chinese food on it. They were very busy with take out so maybe that's the way to go.

Had Chinese food. Been looking for a good place for take out. Really enjoyed it. Tasty.

Not sure what the complaints and negative reviews are for. My experience was the polar opposite. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and delicious. They have a buy 2 rolls and get 1 free roll deal going on.

Great find. Has Chinese and Japanese. And $1 sake. Service is a little slow but that is ok because we didn't want to be rushed .

The Sushi is the best on this side of the Hudson River. Menu is extremely easy to understand using photos to show what you are ordering.Food looks just like it does on the menu and tastes as good as it looks.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level with very slight ramp.

Went there for the first time last night (and possibly the last) - I felt the person working the floor had as much interest in being there as the man on the moon... we did not have sushi/sashimi so can't speak to that. My dinner partner had Orange Chicken which came as large 4-5 inch chunks, however, the place settings consisted of a single fork.... had to ask for a knife and chopsticks, as did the only other table seated close by. I had Szechuan tofu which was poorly presented and lacked the flavor the Qin and Han dynasties intended. The Texture of the dish was overall unsatisfying. There is also a flat screen TV which I thought unnecessary considering there is no bar - ironically it was tuned to the Food Network's show Chopped - I'm told Osaka is the best in Orangeburg. I implore whomever owns Osaka to rethink what you are doing. The second a customer walks through your door defines the overall experience - this one was a disappointment from the very start - Maybe is was just a bad night and I may give it a second chance but I will most likely try the other two Japanese themed O'burg eateries first.

Food tastes great - Service is SUPER slow.Went on a random Wednesday when they just opened for the day...not busy at all.It still took an hour to receive my 3 rolls of sushi. really unnecessary amount of time wasted.

I came here during the weekday for lunch. I chose the 3 roll maki lunch special ($14.99)l. They also have 2 roll for $11.99 the Lunch special's included miso soup and salad with that yummy dressing. All very good! There was a table with about 6 people seated just before me. I was afraid it would take to long to get my order but I got it a fairly quickly. I had enough time within the hour lunch break to casually eat my lunch and make it back to work. Service was quick and attentive. Lunch prices are fair and most importantly food was very good! This review is for the sushi only. Interior was a little dark at first, but nicely decorated, but it was a very hot day and the ac was blasting which was very welcomed. There's a flat screen tv on.I would come back again; lunch menu has many choices to choose from. Recommended!

The Chinese food here is mediocre. Sushi and rolls (B2G1) are a good value. Also they accommodate rolls with little or no rice if you’re watching carbs.

Everything tasted amazing as it looked! I could see myself coming here again! Attentive service and nice environmental decors, very oriental!
