Service. Good, polite and very niceCleanliness: Dirty; placemat had old dried food on it and there were a couple of annoying flies flying around. Also table had some old food remnants they may have missed when wiping down.Food: Not really all that good. Ordered kee Mao extra spicy. Noodles seems like they were chopped up into little bits. Flavor in general was lacking and if you want spicy, I'd say you ask for 3x spicy because extra spicy I guess isn't enough to make it spicy.I'd like to try em again. They seem to have good reviews and maybe I went on an off day. The guy that was there was again very nice and service for me is important. I'm only gonna give em another go because I'm local. If you're not, I'd recommend you find somewhere else if you're looking for some good Thai food.

One of the best pad Thais in north jersey. Take some chills powder and sprinkle on it - enjoy the hotness! Loved it with Singha Beer.

Absolutely horrible. Nothing ordered was fresh. You know that smell from bad Chinese food, that’s what all these dishes smelled like and they put chicken in vegetarian dish. Do not eat here, deserves 0 stars.

I ordered take-out food from Roy Thai this evening and forgot to check on the contents of the bag. My purchase was $95.00 plus. When I got home, which is about 15 to 20 minutes away from this restaurant, I realized that the pad thai and the iced tea were missing. I was already annoyed that the order was not complete which meant I have to drive back to pick it up but the worst thing was the chef insisted he cooked the pad thai implying that I was lying. Yes, that is a pure insult added to injury! I have never felt so insulted in all my life! I will never, ever go back to that restaurant again!
Disappointed. I had a food delivery from this location, and the delivery was quick but, the prices were steep for very small food portions. I brought a noodle meal and there were barely any noodles in it. I also brought two appetizers and they were so small, like they were made for the kids menu and the sauces for the appetizers were terrible. I was in the mood for some thai food since, I had thai food at another location that was disappointing, but I just can't find good thai food in Rockland county. I liked thai food because, they are usually evenly spiced, has a good blend of veggies and nuts, and can easily be adapted to vegan and vegetarian meal needs, but, I had food delivery from two local thai location that had great google reviews but, the food was just bland and not worth the high prices. I'm definitely done with ordering out, because it is hard to find good tasting food. I was ordering out lately to support small businesses, but the quality of food has just been poor and not worth the hassle.

We arrived at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very nice. The crew were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

Family owned restaurant that features home-style Thai dishes. Definitely order the Tom Yum soup and the Pad Woon Sen, which is stir fry glass noodles.
