Extremely noisy and very very warm inside the restaurant. Our whole party felt as is if there was no air on in the restaurant. Food was fair.
Great place to meet up with friends. Great cocktails and delicious food, especially the appetizers!
Location, location. This restaurant on the Hudson River in Ossining is a fun and casual place to dine, and the food is decent--not great, not gourmet cooking, but not disappointing in quality. That said, the prices are a bit too high for what you get in both quality and quantity. Some places make you overlook that issue, and this is one of them, with views of the river from all tables, outdoor seating, and a nice big lawn to stroll before or after a meal.
Expensive- lobster roll was ok- Burger was good- Waitress not extremely attentive - Very noisy
We ordered crabcakes, hamburger, pizza, and salad. The crabcakes were mushy and almost an edible. The hamburger came and was very greasy. We sent the hamburger back and it came back and it was still very greasy. Ultimately, we did not eat the hamburger. This restaurant has seemed to decline over the years and I can tell you this much we won't be back anytime soon. It's unfortunate because it's a beautiful setting.
Had a wonderful time the last time we visited this restaurant so decided to go here to celebrate my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, this time our server forgot about us (the restaurant wasn't too busy but it still took over 20 minutes to place our drink order). The shrimp tempura roll was delicious but the grilled octopus was still raw. Additionally, when we received our entrees, the food was cold to the touch. Nice location but terrible experience for a special occasion.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. Location is great. However, the drinks are excellent and the food is just OK. I've been there three times and unfortunately have had the same experience. The food is just OK but highly priced. I expect more for those prices.
If you want an amazing Hudson River view than this is it. Very aesthetic and beautiful views. Food and drinks are over priced. I got the lobster roll, it was more bread than lobster and the chicken sandwich was just ok. You are most definitely paying for the view and ambiance. Next time I would just get a drink and appetizer. If you don't like the heat or sun, sit in the shade or else you will fry.
The setting and ambience at 3 Westerly is why we go there. Whether you sit outside, or inside just next to the window, it's a great vibe, and they did a beautiful job with the outdoor landscaping and the indoor room. Service is always very attentive, and the food is average. Of course, overpriced, with a waterfront location. Same with cocktails. We order simple, and avoid the complicated stuff. Good pizzas, burger with a side salad - the sushi rolls are good, but double what they should cost. Same with the salads. But we go outside of peak Times so that we can enjoy the best.
Perfect brunch on a beautiful day overlooking the water. We decided to try classic breakfast this time and it did not disappoing!

The menu options are excellent. The view of the ehidson from outside is excellent abd the staff were excellent. Only downside is limited parking in front of restaurant. Expect to have to park in the mta commuter lot.
The restaurant was quite busy, so service wasn't as usual - which we understood. The food was good. Will definitely come back
Very happy here. I'm a repeat customer. Good food pleasant service in a lovely waterside location
Food was excellent, service exceptional, and the ambiance was extraordinary...great time for a nice after HS graduation brunch with family and friends!!!
The ambiance was nice and staff were very courteous and attentive. The steak was a little chewy but it was still seasoned well. Overall experience was pleasant and I can see it becoming a favorite watering hole.
