We had a truly wonderful dinner at 3 Westerly. The food was great, but the excellent view of the Hudson River truly made it a memorable experience. From the start, everything was smooth. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our reservation and were seated without any issue. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. We were seated outside on a nice Sunday at noon. The day quickly turned busy, and our waitress couldn't handle it. Most of the tables near us had large, very noisy groups. Even though we were outdoors, where the noise should have dissipated easily, the noise was overwhelming and kept us from really enjoying the excellent food.
