Had the Lomo Saltado which was good. The portions were good as was the chicha morada. The bathrooms were very well kept and the waiter was accommodating and friendly. Nice time with the family.

It’s the most unpleasant place they take for ever to get your order out I’m very disappointed before it used to be better not anymore I been to various Peruvian restaurants like Inca Gaucho it’s one of my top favorite places they should take some notes from then

No. …my opinion on pollo à la brasa with sides …ughh entire meal was unflavored pretty much bland!! Hands down going back to MIKUNA in Hartsdale even if I have to deal with traffic ~ Mikuna has continuously amazing maduros, the pollo al brasa is delicious, and fried rice and aji verde, salsa criolla, uhh..no comparison whatsoever to thus place. The staff is also great!! ~ Btw I gave you guys a tip, not cool, the hostess eating at the bar could even bother to check the order because he was too busy... I felt odd unwelcoming. My family thank goodness I will not be returning. We like to support Latino owned restaurant yet sadly it’s not a good choice.

What a find! Aji Limo is a hidden gem. The premises are not big, yet our party of 12 was accommodated with no problem. The service was first rate even if the food took a bit longer to come out of the kitchen - not easy cooking for a large group and making sure everyone is served simultaneously. The staff was very helpful and informative when asked about the various dishes. Peruvian-Asian Chaufa was on of the favorites of our group. This fried rice-based dish is available with chicken, sea food and vegetables. Delish! No visit to a Peruvian restaurant is complete without ceviche, the fresh fish and sea food dish marinated in lime (lime makes everything taste better). I had the Ceviche Mixto that included shrimp, squid, octopus and mussels (Mmm good). For my entree, I ordered Arroz con Mariscos, the Peruvian Paella, a rice and sea food dish marinated with special sauces and cilantro flavorings (I'm salivating as I write thinking how good it was). To say portions are generous is an understatement. We shared dishes to taste each others orders, all were superb. Among them, the salmon entree was cleverly encrusted with quinoa; the Jalea Lima was a mountain of sea food and fish. For those seeking simpler fare, the Pollo a La Brasa, the rotisserie chicken with green sauce is a winner. We will definitely return to Aji Limo, especially as the cuisine received the seal of approval from a couple of Peruvian friends in our party. I can't wait!

First time there and I don't see myself going back. Poor customer service.
Upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, my husband and walked in, waited to be sat. We ordered the ceviche de pescado to start and did not like, so we left it behind. Flavor was missing. We flagged down the waiter to get some salt to add but it didn't do it.
We also ordered a whole chicken with three sides: salchipapas, tostones, rice and beans. This was delicious! We had to flag down staff for another green sauce. When we asked our waiter for a to-go container & the check, we mentioned that the we did not like the ceviche, flavor was off, so we did not eat and he got UPSET! Claiming we should have told him earlier but when? He never went to our table to check-in on us. No offer to refill up our drinks, etc. He brought over the check, he was very short with us and did not take out the ceviche. Again, we had to flag him down to ask him to remove the ceviche from our bill since we had told him we could not eat because we did not like. He went back to adjust bill and dropped it off at the table. We paid and walked out, staff just watched us, not saying a word. I have never felt so awkward. Great customer service is key in the restaurant world.
Will not go back and do not recommend.

My girlfriend and I loved Aji Limo! The Delicioso / Peruvian combination is the way to go.. $28 for a whole juicy, well-seasoned chicken plus 3 filling sides. We got the fried rice, avocado salad, and salchipapas, and everything was fresh and delicious. Great value, we’ll definitely be back!
