only 3 stars because when I came here I asked to put toppings on my cold foam drinks the lady whom I forgot her name but she’s always working there told me she couldn’t do it. Which I was confused bc other Dunkin’s I’ve been were able to do it. She then told me I would have to pay for it which I told her I would pay for it then she declines and says I would have to talk to my manager?? lol honestly it wasn’t that deep and so unnecessary I tried complaining to Dunkin customer service and she lied saying I didn’t wanna pay for it 😂 an honest joke it was 50 cent trust me I’m not broke for 50 cent… anyways customer service here sucks

Absolutely terrible costumer service . Not friendly, workers are very rude and unprofessional.staff ignored my request, i want to add something to my beverage they said they wouldn't I didn’t know it would be such a problem to customize a drink . Workers are snotty and definitely need more training on how to treat a customer!!!!

Terrible customer service and staff. I work outside all day I order a sandwich and drinks and they won’t even let me use the sink to wash my hands before I eat but the kid responded “I can give you a wet napkin” DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
this is a very unfriendly location. wanted ice on the side instead of in my iced coffee and brought along my own cup for side of ice. the manager refused, but, being persistent, i finally received a 'little' bit of ice, but still not what I wanted. it's frozen water and as a courtesy, they should just give it, especially since i ordered other items. shame on thos location for being so rude and arguing with a customer. this location also doesn't let you use a restroom!!

I’m a resident at Ossining. And have to come to dunking at Croton. Just because you don’t have a bathroom. Personally I think a business like you should have one like before that is why I don’t visit you no more

I like the new renovations they've made here. The service is fine and having a Baskin Robbins right at the next counter doesn't hurt either. This place also has a set of tables where you can eat if you like to.
