I get the birthday cake shake everyday after the gym, it’s really yummy and has protein! Which is a plus. My bf enjoys trying many different flavors but his latest fav is the Frutos rojos! It’s great if you need some energy.

I've been wanting to visit here for some time, but was deterred because of the parking, or lack thereof. Tonight I wasn't hungry for diner but wanted a little something so I got my husband to drive me, he parked in the town hall lot and waited in the car. The inside is very bright and welcoming, as was the woman who helped me. They have an extensive menu of smoothies, teas and some waffles and donuts - all seem freshly made to order. I went with the banana split smoothie, though I'm not sure how much real banana was in there and think the flavor perhaps had come from the protein powder but I didn't watch her make it so I'm not sure. I like that if looked exactly like the picture when served and tasted good. My husband got the 'tropical' which is mango and pineapple, I asked for the addition of strawberries and spinach and that was no problem. I was ready to pay and to my surprise, she tells me 'today is buy 2 get one free'!!! Score for me, so I went with the Oreo cheesecake shake. It tasted good, again though I'm not sure where the flavor comes from, because I don't think there's real cheesecake or Oreo in it. I gave them 4 stars because the parking is a real challenge and I'm not sure what exactly the flavor comes from and what fruit is actually used in it and I don't know how they keep the drinks 200 calories. However, I will definitely be going back again and can't wait to try out the teas!

It was really nice to see a wellness cafe open up in town! The protein shake was delicious and the environment was extremely friendly! They have protein donuts as well!They definitely got a new customer! They have been open for a few months but welcome to town.
