They sent us the wrong order and the saddest thing is that the man who gave us the order got upset because he thought I wasn't going to give him tips, and when we called to tell us about the incident the lady who answered just hung up the phone.

I'm very disappointed with the service. We had ordered everything clearly, and once the food had a arrived my son in law waited for his food to arrive and it never did. We went to asked what had happened to the missing order and they had completely forgot about it. He was the last to start eating, and my grandsons order came with ten counted French fries. Would not recommend to dine in at this place

First time trying this place. Ordered a lomo saltado for takeout, drove 20 min back to work and upon opening the container, I notice that they forgot to include the rice with the lomo. Very disappointing

If you think airplane was bad, this place is below that. You'll find spoiled food, expired seal items and not friendly costumer service. Employees will get UPSET at you for complaining about issues. Best place to get reheated food, make sure you call your life insurance before heading there.

Health inspectors should do random checks, 50% you’ll get spoiled food or cold food. Gave this restaurant benefit of the doubt a few times but honestly you’ll not be satisfied, todays experience was cold dry fries and soup that already had lemon, meaning prob was mixed from a previous costumer.. stay safe.

Been meaning to try this place for a while. It's simply delicious.Recommend the Lomo Saltado which is prominently featured on the menu, but the chicken soup is AMAZING as well. I'm pretty sure if hospitals in 2020 had had enough of it the pandemic would have been over in a week.A word of warning if your Spanish is not very good or non existent, none of the staff when I called could speak english. Muddle through, it's worth it.

Placed an order way ahead of time to be picked up at 1:00. I specifically asked for no crab in the dish. I was there at 12:50 only to find out they forgot to make my order. I reiterated my no crab request but I don’t think they understood as no one there speaks English. I know their main clientele is Spanish speaking but they should have someone you has a basic understanding of the English language for other customers. Needless to say my dish had crab.

They've gone downhill. The chaufa con camarones was greasy with poor quality rice. The Jaleah Familiar had no shrimp and was swimming in grease and my favorite ceviche was rubbery squid and was warm. I used to love this place. Terrible now.

My family usually gets good from this place every Friday and despite that more often than not their tres leches is expired and they still send it with our order, we were loyal customers up until today. One of my family members called to place an order like any other day and was kind to the woman who answered the phone at the Ossining location. Upon informing the lady that they owed us a tres leches from the last time they sent a spoiled one ( the manager in charge said they would send it next time we ordered) the woman on the phone became very aggressive and rude for ABSOLUTELY no reason. She had no manners and incredibly poor customer service. It’s Safe to say we will not be ordering food here again and we will be making sure to let our friends and family know not to order from here either. I hope whoever owns the restaurant has a serious talk with this woman about her customer service.

Their customer service is terrible. I got a spoiled dessert a few days ago I called back to complain. This is the second time it happens. They refuse to refund my money instead they promise to give one for “free” next time since I paid already for it. I called to place an order today and requested my free dessert they said there is no record of it. And on top of all they yelled at me. Not buying anymore from them. Customers should be treated with respect. They should train their employees better.

Ceviche is not good, and don’t try the leche the Tigre. The fried food is good.
