This is probably the most consistent McDonald's I've ever been to. I've gone here over the last 8 years and everything has always been on point.

I’m a valued customer & when I tell you I had a horrible experience in this Ossining location. I go there all the time and this one worker was rude , disrespectful & very smart with her mouth . I order something and she put in whatever she wanted forgetting things I asked for . Then when I asked someone to fix the issue . They were rude and continued to help other customers . Do not go here if you don’t have to . Go anywhere else !

I had some troubles with an order and I called to see if they can help but they were no help at all. When I called a Hispanic lady answered the phone and I asked about my order and she kept saying the order wasn’t there when I kept verifying it was and she told me the items on my order but then said it wasn’t on the system and hung up on me. I called back multiple times and she just had a horrible attitude and kept saying she’s not gonna look up my order and hanging up every time and then I asked to talk to the manager and she said no because they just went on break and wouldn’t pick up the phone anymore. Worst customer service ever!

I was entitled to the offer "buy one, get one free breakfast," however the necessary "code" would not come up on your website. I was not able to take advantage of the promo. I paid for my breakfast instead! Your website issue!

The workers on this place just can’t be more careless about service , manager team it’s the worse , always something wrong , not friendly at the moment to correct their mistakes , they take 20-35 min to complete my order and when I complained they just started to blame each other , food was cold because they put my food on the side waiting for the rest of the order . The worse Mc Donald’s I had ever been . And the worse part it’s the only one near my home

ZERO STARS. rude. Absolutely ridiculous not a single order of ours was correct it was 4 6pc happy meals so simple they gave us all 4pc meals tried to give us apple juice when I specified cokes for all and then we asked for the 6pc instead because that is what I paid for and they told us no and still charged for the 6pc! they were so rude to me and did not want to help at all!

ZERO STARS!My order was short 1 cheeseburger. The rest of the order the beef tasted old and gamey. The fries were limp and tasted like the cardboard they came in. Just bad. I know McDonald's isn't exactly healthy but every once in awhile I enjoy it. It used to be tasty, a treat. But, not Ossining McDonald's ever again. I just hope I don't get sick tonight.

I'd just like to say that McDonald's in general is not my favorite place to eat, but this McDonald's is a nice place. The staff always seem very nice at the drive thru. I've gone inside a few times and it looks clean inside. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the menu needs a few more healthier choices.

Immediately when you walk inside the smell of urine hits you. It's not because im standing near the restrooms it's throughout the entire restaurant. The tables are filthy with crumbs and grease from other people eating. I didn't see anyone cleaning or trying to wipe tables down.
