I have been going to this Starbucks forever as I live 30 seconds away and haven’t had issues until recently. I’m not sure whether it is a reflection of having hired new staff or what, but every morning that I come and get a venti shaken espresso. In the past few weeks it has not been made correctly once and tasted completely different and bad. Considering I’ve been getting this drink since it came out I know what it should taste like. My other issue is that I always order...

Restroom was filthy- toilet paper rolls not in the holder, trash on ground, no paper towels or hand dryer. Very obvious no employee is doing a regular check on the restrooms.Nobody called our names about drinks, they were mixed in with someone else’s order. Haven’t been to a Starbucks that seemed this far off brand standard before.
