Excellent. It was pretty busy and yet we didn’t have to wait forever for our food. The servers and staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. We all loved it!

We had not been at Alex's for a while and decided to try it again. This is a beautiful setting for a restaurant with outdoor seating by the water. Perfect summer dining, right? Well... not really. We ordered an appetizer that was way too oily - basically a fried tomato caprese. We should have known better. Then I had a salad that was not that good either, but since everything either had meat or black pepper and I am allergic to that, I had few choices. Not going back, unless we just want to have a drink by the water and enjoy some fried bar food.

This place was awful, the only good thing we had was the salad.. Our daughter had the surf and turf, i never seen such a sad, tough Delmonico. The duck was so dry yu needed to dip it in water to re-hydrate it. The med rare ordered prime rib was still mooing when it arrived and oh my god was it tough. Our watercress was great, but the rest of the crew was to busy standing around talking and laughing very loudly an=bout their exploits. Never again sad sad meal and atmosphere

First the good, ordered the steak & lobster. the steak was an excellent cut and cooked just the way I ordered. The atmosphere was perfect, on the water, warm night and a cool breeze. The waitress was attentive and warm & friendly. BUT the not so good, They were out of lobster, (go figure) along with 2 other entrees. they substituted 3 (yes 3) shrimp for the lobster tail. My wife ordered the Greek salad and it looked more like a side salad than a entree and we waited 1 hr 10 min for our food. All in all it was a great night with friends and family but for the top dollar you will pay there are much better meals to be had in the area.
