I waited almost an hour for a single burger. This wasn't by choice. I was stuck in the drive through line with no ability to leave. There was no excuse for why service was slow. When I got up to the window there was zero sense of urgency. Nobody was even asking or acknowledging that I had to wait so long for a simple burger. Thanks Burger King, you have effectively put me on a diet. I have zero interest in going back here again. I guess I'll make my own food from now on. At least it won't take an hour to make.

Dump employees are rude especially at night..Bathroom always dirty and stinks. Then you got drive thru girl throwing herself at guys one dump to another. Oswego finest 😆

If they mess up your order and you call and they say they will put you down in their book and that you can come back for a replacement don't belive it. I went there on 9/15 and ordered 4 bacon breakfast burritos special ordered for my dogs the way I always do. Got home and they were sausage ones. I called at 9:20am and was told they would put my down in some book and all I had to do was come back and give my info for the replacement. I got back there today 10/12 and they said oh we only go back 3 weeks. They doubled down on their crappy customer service when I went in. So therefore I contested the charge on my card and they will never get my business again. They should tell the customer there is a 3 week timeframe.

This is a wonderful Park where parents can bring their kids in a really safe environment

They hear extra pickles, have extra pickles on the sticker.... and give no pickles and cheese. If this wasn't half the time I would not leave this review. But if we could kindly just pay attention that would be lovely.

If it was busy I would understand... but when there is no one else but us in the drive though it's just laziness.

Came here after having a terrible experience at a different fast food place in town and I'm so glad I did! The woman that was working the drive thru Saturday morning 9/21 is the nicest person and deserves a huge raise! She completely changed my mood and turned a bad morning into a great one. Food is always good here but the service is impeccable. I so wish I'd caught her name, but I have heard that there is a woman who works at this BK and everyone that goes there adores her - I am thinking she has to be the same person! Regardless, thank you for turning my whole day around, it meant so much more than the food ?

Long time customer of BK placed an online order 10 mins ahead for breakfast for pickup $70. Get there and my food is not ready and I’m told I can’t get my food made. Highly disappointed in the customer service today.

I used to come here all the time for lunch and now it's a bad store. Thank you for firing Amanda. She was yelling at people and customers and workers. She was part of the reason why I left. I heard a lot of other people left and quit, and now, overall, it's a bad store. My food was always coming out wrong or not made right. Not bagged, right? Whatever happens to Eric?!
