Went in to pick up my order. Workers were pleasant. People were dining and having a good time. Took my pizzas home. Pepperoni was on top. Garlic on the bottom. Opened the pepperoni one first and it looked great. Opened the garlic and there was a huge spot towards the middle of pizza tbat wasn't covered by anything. Normally I don't mind a few bubbles on my pizza but there were two massive ones. The bottom of the pizza was burnt too. Couldn't eat most of it. Wasn't worth the 20 minute trip back.

The staff was very rude, threw our money on the counter and had us scoop it all up ourselves, got mad at us for not being loud enough for them and were pretty rude about it, can’t imagine it open much longer with that kind of service

redhead girl with shitty tats was taking my order interrupted me while I was ordering. I then continued to order and she interrupted me again telling me to go to the checkout. She forgot my ranch and I told her and she continues to condescendingly mock me when I asked why she had an attitude. She also forgot a slice of pizza lol, everyone else that works here is friendly. Oh well, maybe if she didn't interrupt me she wouldn't have forgotten anything. Some people are just miserable

Hands down best place for pizza. Jeff and staff are amazing and their customers always come first! Tony C has the best establishment and staff in Oswego NY. Im sure the other Cam's locations are just as amazing because of Tony. He accepts nothing less! Great man, great establishments!

most nasty pizza I had my first time will be last horrible employees and manager they ignore you and portions are a joke 15 for fries and received smallest fry ever my children and my bf have gluten allergy feed 3 hungry ppl suppose to be 3 fries they said that is size I get and I got ignored cause of my concern over pricing and portion mean while I spend alot of money there pizzas and sodas for 8 children and got treated so horrible im so disappointed I heard hype about them go let down and treated horrible and also tipped them smh biggest mistakes work to hard to throw money out window in place like that do better if you wanna stay in business 😢

I ordered an Eggplant Parm Sub w Fries and a drink for delivery. I was told that my order would take a hour. I called multiple times after my delivery time and was told "it was coming out" twice 30 mins apart. I called two hours later and of course as soon as my refund processed, the delivery driver arrived with the food, most likely cold as a stone. Couldn't tell you though, I thought that being lied to about the prep and delivery time multiple times and the attitude like me asking about the whereabouts of my order was an inconvience was not worth the almost $30 nor the time before my morning shift waiting for this food. So Thank You, Cam's! For insulting my intellengence, making me wait 5 business days for my $30 back, and for showing me an absolute disgrace of service!

my pizza was really greasy and under cooked .when I asked for well done .. the cheese was all over the pizza .. not good . we were really disappointed I posted a picture in the comments...
I’ve always been a pretty big fan of Cams across NY and since I’ve moved here a fan of this location. With that being said, it seems like my food always is either forgotten or incorrect. Today, (about an hour ago) I ordered a Cheese pizza and French fries with a side of bbq for my son. When I arrived, I asked to double check that the sauce was included. The employee said they would have to go get it, but then a second employee said that the sauce was already in there and it was all set to go. Needless to say the second employee was WRONG, and there was no side of sauce. Normally I wouldn’t care about something as small as a missing sauce, but the fact that I asked to have it double checked and confirmed (as mistakes happen) and it WASNT… that kinda sucks… :/ Edit: I added back 3 stars because I’ve gone back 3 times for pizzas, and my order was correct all three times.

I was a longtime, frequent customer, but no more. My delivery order was incorrect twice, so I called to see if their online ordering system wasn't transmitting properly. I spoke with the manager who was somewhat rude and really didn't care. She asked if I was looking for a refund. Um no, I'm trying to determine why the past two orders were completely incorrect. But hey, if they don't care, why should I. It's not like there's a lack of pizza places in town. Surely, there are a few that can get an order right.

Great place !! I’m not from the area but this is now my favorite pizza place. You have made yourself a loyal customer because i will most definitely be visiting any time i am in the area. I have never had a pizza with such a good crust, and everything about it is great. Great atmosphere with friendly and welcoming employees ! i am left very satisfied and impressed every time. 100% recommend pizza definitely worth the price
