If I could rate it higher I would. The fixed red sauce to die for. The service exceptional. I am in the service business. This is a must do. We traveled here to experience it and it was worth the 12 hour drive. Incredible!!!!!

I've only ever been here once years ago and it was very dark inside. Not much light. The chicken Alfredo was very good. Huge portion. But I wouldn't give it 5 stars. I'd give this place another try before I give it a better rating. I've heard some bad things about this place and a lot of people complaining about the food not being so good. Especially ordering to go. And it being way over priced. It was over 100$ for 3 people to eat here. One meal each. Kinda ridiculous but I would give it another try. And maybe I'll come back with a better review.

Ordered take out tonight -I picked it up .I ordered 3 dinners one being chicken riggies.Get home with the food and there is no chicken in the riggies? Called and my order was pulled up and it was put in as just riggies no chicken.Told girl that answered phone that’s not what I ordered when I called. She asked if I wanted to order the chicken riggies.I already did and someone put the order in wrong. Very frustrating! This was not my mistake but yours.Sorry but you lost a customer .Last time I ordered it was messed up too -missing dressing for the steak salads .

This place is nothing to rave about! The food was not that great. Very out dated! The place looks like a dump inside!

Took wife there for Valentine's Dinner. Sat by windows and was freezing the whole time. No booths or dividers so if the place is packed it's loud and not very intimate. Food was decent, expected more. Topping for the spinach artichoke dip tasted like Cheetos?? That kinda ruined it for me. I wouldn't eat there again.

Still great after many years! Had the special Pork Ragout and chicken Parmesan. Our waitress was great, very friendly and made great recommendations. Try the minestrone soup as your first course - you won’t be disappointed.

Always a smooth, stress free experience. Although it’s quite pricey, it well worth it.

We have dined at Canale’s for many years. We try to go there at least once per week.We particularly enjoy the baked haddock w pasta and the best sauce ever. The Riggi’s are special too.

For a place with mediocre pasta, I’d expect the service to at least be acceptable. We ordered out and picked it up ourselves. They neglected the side salads and shorted us on an order of garlic bread. They also neglected to give us the bread that usually comes with all orders. Fine, that’s whatever. What’s not fine is how they reacted when informed. We paid extra for crumbly blue cheese on one of the salads and that was exactly all that was refunded. I’m aware that the salads are part of the meal, meaning they are paid for with the pasta, but they are included in the price. As for the bread, we were informed that “for a whole we simply cut the four pieces in half to make eight” which then allows them to charge double. That’s ridiculous and scammy. As for the food we did receive, I make better pasta and the chicken parm has gotten so thin the breading is thicker. The Alfredo was barely tolerable the first day and much worse the second. All in all, if I wanted my overcooked pasta served with a side of disdain and lies, I’d eat with certain family members. And that one would be free of charge. Your patrons shouldn’t have to dine in to receive proper service.Edit: Given the absolutely ridiculous response, I’ve moved my review down a star. Cutting bread in half DOES NOT constitute charging double.Wheelchair accessibility: Much like the majority of Oswego, this place is not wheelchair friendly. We always have to do takeout.

This feels like a little family Italian restaurant, because it is a little family Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, and it looks like there is outdoor seating during warmer months. Will be back.

We had a retirement party in the upstairs room about 40 people. The wait staff and bartending was on point. The food was fantastic! Highly recommended!!!

Wife had pork chops and they were excellent. I had the chicken catchatori and wouldn't recommend them. I guess the meal makes a difference.
