Well, only a few cars in the drive-through, I approached the counter for service... However, nobody acknowledged me as I stood there. They were more engrossed in their conversation. They didn’t even look at me. You would think that out of all the people there behind the counter that one of them would be in charge and at least say I will be with you in one moment or we will be with you shortly. I left, but maybe it was better that I did because if they don’t care about their patrons, then they probably don’t care about their standards either

Slowest Dunking ever. Whats the point of mobile orders if I gotta wait 20 minutes get 8oz of fluid pour in a cup making me late for work. Then the girls that work in there all walk like zombies with no purpose. Frustrating.

Ordered a refresher and it was horrible watched them make it and they did 99 percent syrup and 2 drops of the lemonade and didn't even give me a straw worst I've ever had.
