Slowest Dunking ever. Whats the point of mobile orders if I gotta wait 20 minutes get 8oz of fluid pour in a cup making me late for work. Then the girls that work in there all walk like zombies with no purpose. Frustrating.

Ordered a refresher and it was horrible watched them make it and they did 99 percent syrup and 2 drops of the lemonade and didn't even give me a straw worst I've ever had.

been there alot they mess up every time never seen a dunkin mess up a order almost every single time.
They have a lot of seating they have outlets for you to charge your phone and they have delicious coffee

Worst Dunkins ive seen. And im not from here originally , but while living here this dunkins is bad. In person or delivering ive never had luck. You walk in to immediately be ignored, staff is very rude, i may have had one nice lady there at one point . Ive gotten a grilled cheese that was not cooked at all , cold and able to pull the bread apart and take each slice of cheese off with ease. The dunkins over the bridge near ruby tuesday has way better service and half the time they dont even have half the machines working and id STILL prefer to go there.

Always seems to be understaffed. When I was in, there were two staff. One was making the food, and the other was taking order at the window, at the cash register, and MAKING DRINKS... which we all know takes some time
