They have a lot of seating they have outlets for you to charge your phone and they have delicious coffee

Worst Dunkins ive seen. And im not from here originally , but while living here this dunkins is bad. In person or delivering ive never had luck. You walk in to immediately be ignored, staff is very rude, i may have had one nice lady there at one point . Ive gotten a grilled cheese that was not cooked at all , cold and able to pull the bread apart and take each slice of cheese off with ease. The dunkins over the bridge near ruby tuesday has way better service and half the time they dont even have half the machines working and id STILL prefer to go there.

Always seems to be understaffed. When I was in, there were two staff. One was making the food, and the other was taking order at the window, at the cash register, and MAKING DRINKS... which we all know takes some time

Made an online order, a co worker went to pick it is as she was already going. The guy REFUSED to let her pick it up because she has NO PROOF! What!!!!??? Since when? My HUSBAND has picked up coffee under my name SEVERAL times and never had an issue!
You don’t ask for proof any other time or even a walk in pick up! But that’s okay, I’ll never spend money here again. Hire better staff.

AVOID THIS LOCATION
The coffee has grounds in it. The donuts are hard or place upside down in the bags. The hashbrowns were burnt and hard. The bacon was black and burnt. Had to call 3 times to get someone to answer. Ended up going back and waited almost 15 mins for it to be fixed. There goes my launch break. Thanks.

Bad location. Super slow at orders, food, and getting stuff done. Waited approximately 15 mins before I got served at the drive-thru. Than it was still made wrong. Not once. But twice. It was a coffee black. I got a coffee with cream and sugar. No thanks. They tried correcting it. Still wrong, they gave me a ice coffee. No. It was a HOT plain black coffee. The donuts I was given were hard as a rock. Didn't realize till I got home. Tried calling twice and no one. I would avoid this location.

I just had the worst customer experience I think I've ever had while at the DD on 1st & Utica in Oswego, NY. I wanted to pick what 6 donuts went in my box but you can't do that from the kiosk..... I asked an employee if there was someone who could wait on me (yes, the drive-thru was busy but there was at least 1 woman working, avoiding eye-contact with me as I waited). He delegated the man filling the ice machine to help me WHEN HE WAS DONE WITH THE ICE. That task took longer than I wanted to wait, especially since there appeared to be at least 1 other person who could have waited on me in the meantime. And then, the original employee I asked for assistance left, saying he'd be back in a half hour. VERY poor customer service.
