I just had the worst customer experience I think I've ever had while at the DD on 1st & Utica in Oswego, NY.
I wanted to pick what 6 donuts went in my box but you can't do that from the kiosk.....
I asked an employee if there was someone who could wait on me (yes, the drive-thru was busy but there was at least 1 woman working, avoiding eye-contact with me as I waited). He delegated the man filling the ice machine to help me WHEN HE WAS DONE WITH THE ICE.
That task took longer than I wanted to wait, especially since there appeared to be at least 1 other person who could have waited on me in the meantime.
And then, the original employee I asked for assistance left, saying he'd be back in a half hour.
VERY poor customer service.

Do you like receiving free gift cards? Have I got the place for you! This location. All you have to do is place a mobile order, and I guarantee it--I absolutely guarantee it--they will screw it up. Every. Single. Time. The possibility of them getting it right is on the same level of probability as seeing a group of 60-year-olds in a Corona ad. It won't happen. So just write a note to corporate, and BAM! Free gift card. So keep the incompetence a-comin! And I'll be stacking the cards! Woohooooo!!!!!!

Placed a mobile order for a dozen donuts. Waited 20 minutes until I eventually said something and was told I should've let someone know. Someone shouldve asked me seeing as I was waiting for so long. Staff is never personable or friendly, im guessing because they're running around since theres not enough employees. Owners need to do a better job at staffing.

I always order ahead at this location, but I always have to wait. Seems like they're understaffed and the employees are not friendly. I waited for a good 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The girl made my drinks, and then I waited another 10 minutes before she asked me what I was waiting for. The donut order was on the slip next to the drinks. There were 2 other people there, and neither of them came out to help.

Nice place to hang out. Have some alone time with coffee and food. But beware if you are a person that cant control impulse spending on a new mug or cup. (Like me) be very careful. Try not to look at them

Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the guy at the window was nice and positive. However this morning the woman on the drive thru speaker was cool throughout me ordering- helped me pick what I wanted in my ice latte, it was a very simple order otherwise, but before I pull off the lady says "jesus" under her breath but obviously I can still hear it as I pull away. It would've otherwise been a fine visit but maybe teach loudspeaker etiquette because I almost pulled off- which would have made the guy doing a fine job at the window look bad for the people behind me. Consider the customer and the rest of the team. Everyone has moments but you're literally on a speaker. Regulate yourself or give the headset to somebody else.

Showed up and the entire staff with the exception of one were smoking cigarettes and shooting the breeze at the dumpsters. The single employee on in the store was rightfully in a bad mood.Also, they screwed up our order. I know these people don't get paid much, but we are also spending our money that we worked for. So a little.more responsibility and accountability would go a long way.
