Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the guy at the window was nice and positive. However this morning the woman on the drive thru speaker was cool throughout me ordering- helped me pick what I wanted in my ice latte, it was a very simple order otherwise, but before I pull off the lady says "jesus" under her breath but obviously I can still hear it as I pull away. The staff at places like this either don't care or put to much effort in for the horrible pay they get. Start giving them better pay and some benefits and you'll have a better more helpful and happy staff.
