Always seems to be understaffed. When I was in, there were two staff. One was making the food, and the other was taking order at the window, at the cash register, and MAKING DRINKS... which we all know takes some time
Nice place to hang out. Have some alone time with coffee and food. But beware if you are a person that cant control impulse spending on a new mug or cup. (Like me) be very careful. Try not to look at them
Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the guy at the window was nice and positive. However this morning the woman on the drive thru speaker was cool throughout me ordering- helped me pick what I wanted in my ice latte, it was a very simple order otherwise, but before I pull off the lady says "jesus" under her breath but obviously I can still hear it as I pull away.
