The woman who runs drive thru needs to be fired. She’s always rude and always has an attitude and she handed me my coffee this morning with obvious leak in the bottom of the cup. I should’ve thrown it back in her face!

If i could give a 0 star I would! I dont know who was working on the west side dunkin around 5:10pm today but when my fiancé and I were at the drive thru he asked if we could get a $6 dollar meal and it kept saying $10 so we were letting the guy know. someone else (a females voice) she took over and kept saying anything else anything else rude as hell (she is chubby and have black hair and glasses ) i asked the guy who was the female that took over and he rudely ignored us ( he is semi tall and skinny and have a septum piercing) they weren't busy. No cars were behind us the ups was parked on the side so it blocked cars going behind us. Idc busy or not does not give the person the right to give us hella attitude.

Today going to work I stopped like I normally do I order a pumpkin signature latte I don't like a lot of whipped cream I also got a mango pineapple green tea refresher,I finally got some one who made it perfectly so I want to thank you and give you recognition so delicious I appreciate you putting the effort in making it perfect you made my day way better today oct 7th 2024 at 1:20 pm thank you so much ❤️

My iced coffee was made perfectly. But I wish there was as option on the app for my senior discount! The donut variety option was almost non existent but I really wasn't surprised because it was close to closing time. I expected it.

Go to a Dunkin Donuts only to be told they don't have any donuts. This has happened to me more than once. If you show up after a certain point in the day they have already gotten rid of all of their donuts. Dunkin used to be the place where you could get donuts at any time! What happened???

Had to sit in drive threw line for line 20 minutes got to window was very rude no thank you or even a hi good morning. Top it off didnt even get two drinks right tried get them to make it again they just kept saying we will be right with you another 10 minutes goes by just left the drinks thanks dunkin yall really need some help if you ask me
