Go to a Dunkin Donuts only to be told they don't have any donuts. This has happened to me more than once. If you show up after a certain point in the day they have already gotten rid of all of their donuts. Dunkin used to be the place where you could get donuts at any time! What happened???

Had to sit in drive threw line for line 20 minutes got to window was very rude no thank you or even a hi good morning. Top it off didnt even get two drinks right tried get them to make it again they just kept saying we will be right with you another 10 minutes goes by just left the drinks thanks dunkin yall really need some help if you ask me

Ordered two donuts mobile and only got one. Then when I was at the drive thru window they left me sitting there for five minutes waiting. Terrible service at this location. Make sure you check your bags. Better yet go to the other Dunkin on West 1st !!!

So I had ordered a hot chocolate and asked if I could have milk instead of water they bought their cornrows having boss to which verbally attacked about the milk i kindly asked if u could get my money back and she called me a monkey before giving my money back I would to go somewhere else not worth ur time or money do

Extremely busy almost no time to walk through the parking lot to the door and building seems rather small for the large impact on the community the other locations have seemed less lively senceParking: Almost packed and hard to get through the cluster parking is to narrow hard to drive round when busyWheelchair accessibility: Has a good ramp and side walk on 2 3rds of the building could extend the side walk on the front and move the parking lot and such closer to the armory next door so it more spaces and such for parking maybe open up the parking with a whole parking lot

FINGER NAIL IN COFFEE!!! I went to this dunkin recently and ordered an iced coffee. I was drinking it after I had gotten to work and nearly swallowed a finger nail. It was absolutely unacceptable and not to mention insanely unhygienic. I’ve never seen a single worker wearing gloves and for this very reason they have lost my business.

They were extremely rude and literally yelled at me when I asked if I got the dunkin run discount on my bagel bites and sandwich. Then handed us the hot coffee with the lid only halfway on after trying to hand us the wrong order twice.The latte I paid 80 cents extra to her with oat milk had regular milk.

I recently visited this Dunkin Donuts location and had a less than satisfactory experience. There are issues drink/food orders about 60% of the times I order daily, which has been disappointing.During my most recent visit, I encountered some issues with my order. Initially, my drink was forgotten, and when it was prepared, it turned out to be excessively sweet. I politely requested a new order. However, I faced some challenges when the barista engaged in an argument regarding the order, claiming that I had requested four shots through the mobile app. Interestingly, I had just witnessed her adding eight shots to the drink. When I brought this up, she shifted the focus of the discussion to the quality of the pump machine instead and decided to argue more. Despite this situation, I remained courteous and thanked her for the drink, even though she responded with a less than pleasant attitude.Considering these experiences, I have made the decision to travel to another Dunkin Donuts location further away (specifically, the one on W. 1st Street), as they have consistently provided excellent service. This way, I can avoid any potential issues and ensure a more enjoyable visit. I will not return to this location.

Every time I come here staff is extremely rude and passive aggressive. I can understand not liking your job man but goddamn, you can tell none of them want to be there at all. Just work somewhere else.

Avoid this place. They close super early. They close at 6 pmUpdate: I went through the drive thru on 4/9/23. I waited over 26 mins to get a coffee and two donuts. Very simple order. The coffee was even black. Just pour in a cup and go. I still waited over 26 min, and there were only 4 cars. The donuts were hard as a rock. The coffee had cream and sugar in it. I asked for black. They wouldn't take it back. I asked for what I wanted, and they closed the window on me. Totally disrespected and upset. Will not be getting my business anymore. I say boycott this place. There is a man there by the name of Luke or Lucus, super condensending voice and tone. Total attitude, and has problems. Should not be working there. This place has gone downhill with bad management.Parking: Parking is a joke there. Drive through only but my vehicle will not fit in there drive thru. WHAT A JOKE
