They are second best to KQ in my opinion, regarding Chinese food restaurants actual food, in Oswego. However, they make themselves very accessible, they're on all the apps, and they're very fast with pickup. The staff is nice.

They charged me 25$ for one entree. I asked for extra broccoli on the side and they charged me 2$ extra for that, but then ended up cutting the entree quantity and packing it with broccoli!!!

I ordered 2 large general tso chicken. With white rice. My son wanted broccoli in his. I like carrots in mine. Plus i ordered 4 teriyaki chicken sticks and they had no teriyaki flavor on it at all. My son worked 12 hrs and was looking forward to it. My chicken was substandard, I have had much better. My son's chicken was tasteless. This meal was expensive. I called and asked if they would refund me one of the chicken. The answer was no. Lesson learned. I told the lady I won't be ordering food from them again. I normally go to K & Q. Thought I would try this. K and Q will have my business from now on. Don't waste your money. Do not recommend.

I don’t get Chinese food very often but was craving it and this is the only place I get it from when I do order. Super easy you can call or use there website to order if your not someone who likes to talk on the phone. They have a great selection of options and the food tastes amazing as well as the price is pretty cheap as well for the amount you get. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality Chinese food!!

I had shrimp with lobster sauce. The fries rice was plain no pork or onions. Very bland The lobster sauce was also taste less... Wonton soup and the wontons had very little pork and we're falling apart

I ordered sweet and sour chicken the gave me the wrong soup I called and asked if they could send the right one out and that I would even give the driver a tip out for coming for there wrong doing they told me no then on top of that all my meet is old and I know the difference between fresh and old a disappointment because the other chienese places around our nasty then they go ahead and start they giving out old food to people if that was the cause I would have went to a fast food place and I have spent less still

Poor customer service, handling of confrontational matters, and overall rude staff. Its no wonder most people I ask go to kyomis, technically japanese, for chinese food. This is coming from someone chinese in nyc, yall upstate people are far more agreeable than us and cause less trouble. Which is great. But they take advantage of that
