This review is about when I went 1-2 years ago, pizza only.
I went to Oswego to visit someone and they said they had to take me somewhere. 1-2 years later and I can’t stop thinking about the chicken riggies pizza. The cheese lovers pizza was also devastatingly good. I think about those pizzas maybe 1-2x/month. I’m not from the state and it’s incredibly out of the way so all I can do is daydream about GJP.

I was just there to pick-up my dinner, tonight 5/2/25.
1) called in an order at 4:30 PM -12 char grilled honey garlic wings, 6 knots, 1 order of fried mushrooms. The young lady who took my order told me 20 mins for p/u 2) 20 minutes later, my husband and I show up to collect our food. The same young lady from the phone asks me to pay while it finishes up, as soon as I paid, the same young lady immediately went over and asked the cook if she should put my knots in. (I'm sorry but it's generally understood that if you phone in a food order, they begin cooking it when you hang up, except in this case they waited more than 20 minutes to start cooking it) 3) the knots were dry and hard as a rock with ZERO garlic flavor. They were UNEDIBLE. My husband threw them right in the trash. 4)the wings were decently charred & tender but were absolutely flavorless 5) the mushrooms were soggy and also flavorless 6) all in I waited the 20 minutes she originally told me plus another 40 for this largely UNEDIBLE meal and for a steal at just $37.00 for something you'll immediately throw in the trash.
It's Friday night (busy pizza night) and you have 4 highschoolers in there, the only adult is what I assume to be the delivery driver sitting at a table in the corner. But he didn't move once the whole time I was there so can't be that busy.
Extremely disappointed in the service, prices and quality.
Reached out via Facebook and the owner refunded our meal for the trouble & explained that he is having difficulty with staffing. If the staffing situation changes in future, we'll certainly try again as we like to shop local.

Almost $15 for two slices and two cans of soda is ridiculous. The buffalo chicken tasted nothing like buffalo and both slices were soaked with grease with extremely little toppings and cheese.

We had this twice during work and the second time (when we didn’t have such a massive order) it was much better. I liked the buffalo chicken!

maybe when someone calls to order food they should put it in their system and then the person wait a hour for them to tell you we didn't put it in order in to their system

Usually like their pizza but when you call at 5:30pm and are told it will be “at least an hour and a half” to PICK UP a pizza is just ridiculous.

One of the most dissapointing and disgusting Strombolis I have ever eaten couldn't even finish it! I asked for extra sauce got one even after being told it was in the box but after checking NOPE sure wasn't and they even CHARGE you for it (making quick money on their customers?) should be ashamed of themselves. 5 chicken tenders, one which had some dark sh%$ in it and ONE honey mustard what in the hell is going on in this world and we want people to be happy COME ON lets provide some good customer service and FOOD for the price of 30 bucks! This is why I do my business with Tony Calscibetta the man has feelings for his customer and will take care of things when they are not right! Guess I have to just eat at Cam's NY pizzeria at least you will get good food and service unlike this place even after 45 minutes🤬🤬🤬!
Ordered vodka chicken pizza large for 29.99 on menu. They say they don't have button for this on register. Proceed to upcharge me 3.39 for chicken since button just says vodka pizza..tried questioning it to no avail....

Arguably the best pizza in Oswego ? thin crispy good sauce and toppings ?wings quality was decent. The service though was excellent the staff on Sunday stayed late for us to pickup our food when running late ?

Possibly the worst piece of pizza I've ever had. Crust was tasteless, and cheese was cheap. Maybe others eat other dishes there, but I don't think I would go back. Employee behind the counter was very nice.

This afternoon I ordered food for delivery for me and for a guest. I received a call from your delivery person. I said I’d be right down as soon as I threw on some suitable clothes. I got dressed and started downstairs. During that short time, he called SIX times to say he was in a hurry! Some of the calls weren’t ONE SECOND apart! He didn’t have all of my order. He went to his vehicle for the missing food but I didn’t get part of it (6 garlic knots). Upstairs, I realized that ALL OF THE FOOD WAS INEDIBLE!!!! The eggplant parm was mainly slices of the peel and couldn’t be cut, much less chewed. The wings had spilled in the bag, leaving pools of dressing on the furniture in the lobby and on my walker. And I wasn’t aware that wings could be dry!!! And there was NO GARLIC on any of them. THE ENTIRE DINNER WAS BEYOND BAD AND INEDIBLE, IT WAS HORRIBLE, IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT!!! I paid over $60 for this food which, as a senior citizen, was a LOT OF MONEY TO ME!!! I have ordered from your restaurant before and enjoyed it. But I HAD NO IDEA THAT ANY RESTAURANT WOULD HAVE SUCH TERRIBLE FOOD BE DELIVERED!!!! I’m sending pictures of the food and I can bring the food in to show you if necessary. I’ll freeze it.I have NEVER made a complaint to a restaurant in my life.
