Just ordered orange chicken. Flavor was good but nuggets were hard as rocks. Why do they overcook the little nuggets?

Sadly, some of the worst Chinese food I’ve encountered. I went back twice, wanting to be fair, thinking I might have ordered something they didn’t do well, but General’s chicken is pretty standard for a Chinese restaurant. The wontons in the soup are tough and doughy. The chicken in the cashew chicken that I ordered on the second visit had a medicine-like flavor, a small amount of a saucy mixture with some diced carrots, half of a mini corn and a few cashews over dry fried rice. I only ate a couple bites each time I went. They give large portions and decent pricing, but if you don’t eat it and throw it out, what’s the point? I won’t be returning.

My husband's teriyaki chicken on a stick was great, his orange chicken was okay, however for my food the hot and sour soup had 4 little strips of chicken in it :(((( I've never ever seen that before and i don't eat meat. And the sesame bean curd/tofu is okay but the sauce is more watery than you'd like to see and it's like the outside of it is good and fried but the inside of the tofu is like fried away like it's not there so much anymore, kinda hard to describe. Egg rolls are great though.

Same as the last person, was served barely warm orange chewy chicken just tossed in General Tsos sauce. Lo mein was over cooked. Won't be back.Do not recommended.

Food is great, delivery is usually fast, but they need to get with the times. They only take cash over the phone and that really hurts their business. Food Chow City will take cards over the phone, which is still annoying, but I'm positive that this place frequently loses out on customers because they don't have cash on them.
