We waited for ten minutes, A couple came in behind us and then they walked right back out. Being really obnoxious about it got in their car, drove all around. Ordered from the drive-thru and were served 10 minutes before my wife and I saw the customer in front of us to get their food. It's ridiculous to go inside a place and have no interaction with the customer. They said nothing to us and then the guy acted like giving me a large soda. Was upgrade somehow for making me stand there and waste 30 minutes of my time waiting for food while he served people one right after the other in the Drive-Thru. Horrible place. Horrible service never go there

Every time we order food WE NEVER GET UTENSILS! How is anyone supposed to eat mashed potatoes, coleslaw, anything without a fork or spoon? This is ridiculous.
