We like little Ceasars pizza. This place is very disappointing. We picked up a pizza at around 3:30. It had to be left over from lunch. It was hard and very dry. Thought this would be a good place to come while working long hours at the nuclear plant. Nope it's not gonna happen. What a let down.

Got my order in and accepted on door dash in befor they closed. Had 6 diffrent door dashers untill finally one messaged me saying they were closed. Why would it be accepted if they are closing? It is not the dashers fault. It is completely 100%the stores fault for accepting the order. I just wanted some crazy bread because I haven't had it in years and have an odd craving for it.

I never like Oswego Little Ceasars before. Pizza always had barely any sauce or it was swimming in it. I heard it was under new management so I gave it a shot. Ordered through mobile order. When I got there the pizza had just come out (on time). The girl at the counter was very friendly. She greeted my daughter as well as myself. She gave the kids free cookies and when she saw that I was trying to balance my order with one hand bc I could not let go of my autistic daughters hand, she very kindly offered to carry it to my car. While I was getting my order, another girl popped her head out from the back and said hi to me as well. Pizza and crazy bread were very good. Tasted super fresh and this was overall a completely different experience than before. I'm very happy and will definitely be going back to feed my family yummy affordable pizza!!

Prices have gone very high for the hot and ready and the fact that they now charge for marinara sauce is crazy. Also after purchasing a Hot-N-Ready pizza I asked for some napkins and get told that they have zero napkins.

Went in to get a hot and ready for 7.49 the employee over charged me said they didn't have any up and would take 7 minutes to make she and that she was alone. When I said something about it she said prices were changed but corporate didn't change the signage. After waiting 10 minutes for her to even start my pizza she was playing on the register I heard a noice in the back of the restaurant I looked back and there was someone else there so I asked for a refund. I called corporate and they said that it wasn't true and that everything that happened was fishy. So I went back in two days later to get a hot and ready and same girl was leaving when I was going in and she called the employee who was cashing me out to tell him to put a " code" in and he over charged me as well and when I asked why I was being over charged he said that's what he was told to do.
I got takeout for lunch. The two workers provided excellent service and said it would take a few minutes to work on our order. Both the puffs and the Italian bread came out perfectly.
The Secrets Out
First off it was because it was late at night...their shift was ending and our pizza was soggy and still doughy in texture. Our experience there prevented further visits. Next time i will waste money at a skill crane..at least i have a better chance at actually getting what i want.

I order 4 pizzas my husband comes home with 2 and I send him back for the remaining 2 … they give him cold soggy pizzas 45 min after the prefer was placed. I’d pay way more just to have my order correct and hot. Worst experience ever!
