We’ve been waiting in line at the drive through for 21 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of us. One of the cars left, even though they had paid. The employee tried to give us their food and seemed very confused that we didn’t want it. Mind you, we only ordered 2 shakes. I’m not sure why this McDonalds is so consistently slow.

I've been in and still sitting in line for 43 minutes, could of sat down, ordered, and ate at Texas Roadhouse in same time. If not for my card was charged already and my wife craving mcchicken I would of left.

What a Great Day I had today going to McDonald's! If you have Diverticulitis Or False Teeth - You Can Order A Potato Bun Instead Of The Original Bun That Doesn't Have Seeds ... I ordered A Quarter Pounder With Cheese, Plain and A Large Dr. Pepper With Extra Ice. Enjoy Everyone!!!

We do a lot of business here and let me tell you the business there tonight was very poor. They only had one person drive thru and front,one person cooking. 2 other employees came in and was yelling at the employee. Our food was cold, French fries were hard. I either want my money back or our food replaced

Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been too. The place is dirty, the staff is rude, and the shake machine is ALWAYS down! How!? Not to mention, of the 4 times I've given this place a chance, I've waited well over 20 minutes to get my food. FAST food?! Atrocious. Edit: I've now waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Im not leaving, just to prove a point. I'll never come here again after this.
We went through the drive thru Saturday night of Harborfest in Oswego on 104 E. They were having an issue with their system and lost orders. The manager was able to retrieve our order when I explained that we had waited in line for 45 minutes after placing a mobile order. He went above and beyond. He not only upgraded the size, he was so incredibly kind and understanding. I have never received that kind of nice attitude at a fast food restaurant before. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, I wish I had your name.

Pretty much the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Food took quite awhile to get. All the tables were dirty, the soda area was empty of lids,napkins, straws etc. one of the ice dispensers was empty or broken. The food was ok. The bathroom was very dirty.
