Don't waste your time or money here. You will not get what you ordered and if you do it will not taste good. We have lived in Oswego 4 years and we try it every several months just to see if it's decent and I have come to the conclusion that nobody from the top to the bottom cares.A couple months ago, we tried to door dash, spent over 50 dollars on 4 meals, they delivered two sodas, 1 fry and one sandwich. The number was wrong, so I drove up there and it was empty. Just three people standing around ignoring me.Tried it again last week, and was ignored in the drive through line for so long we finally came in and it was just one guy standing around doing nothing while people waited. The people waiting told me they had been there for 40 minutes. I honestly don't understand how this place stays in business, obviously the owner doesn't care anymore than the workers do or something would change. We are done wasting time and money on this place.

Waited at the drive threw for somebody to take my order for over 5 minutes. Finally had to go in park. Walk into the store where the person working The window was gabbing with her friends in the back was not happy.
Every time I go to this McDonald’s they never get the order right. Just went there today. Ordered a Dr Pepper and a Diet Coke, got two diet Cokes. The other day I went and ordered a fish sandwich and a big Mac got a McChicken and a Mc double. People just don’t care anymore.
