Pizza Villa Reviews
It's a Sicilian pizza crust, cooked Neapolitan round. Oh..and it's loaded with cheese! Everyone's vision of pizza is different. The reality is, everyone just really wants a good tasting pizza. Pizza villa makes an almost Deep Dish Pizza, without the Deep Dish. It's a hour from where I live, but my neighbor has always raved about the pizza at Pizza Villa going back 40yrs, and stopping in when he could. Tonight I happened to be up that way and planned on finally stopping in on the...read full review
Never had food poisoning so bad in my life, been eating this pizza my whole life I will never go there again. I’ve never been so sick.
We have tried most pizza joints in Oswego- and none of them quite hit the mark. Cold upon arrival- raw onion tossed on the pizza prior to arrival (oops we meant to cook it) or just crappy pizza!
So we decided to try Pizza Villa and we are pretty happy with the pizza. It is on the thicker side which presents a small issue that I will address- but the flavor was great, toppings abundant and the baked wings were delicious.

Pizza Villa is a well-loved restaurant known for its delicious pizza and other menu items. The chicken Parm and cheese steak subs are highly praised, and the pizza is described as cheesy, flavorful, and generously topped. It features a unique Sicilian crust cooked in a Neapolitan round style, which is thick and fluffy with a slight crunch, sturdy enough to hold the toppings. Many customers enjoy the pizza so much that they prefer to eat it with a fork and knife. The pizza is said to taste just as good, if not better, the day after it’s made. Meatball topping is also recommended. The restaurant’s wings are highly appreciated for their crispy, fall-off-the-bone quality. Customers have noted that the staff answering the phone are friendly and helpful, making the ordering process smooth. Although there is no dine-in seating, the pizza is considered a "whole experience" best enjoyed at home or in a car. Some reviews mention that the pizza can be on the thicker side, and while the crust is generally well-received, it may sometimes be doughy or not fully cooked through. Despite this, the overall taste and service make Pizza Villa a favorite among locals. It is highly recommended for take-out, and many customers plan to return for more, with some claiming it to be the best pizza in Oswego and surrounding areas.
