There was a line when I got there but they got my order quick despite its large size. However, a couple of DoorDash/UberEats folks had waited over half an hour for their order which to me is terrible as they were getting through the normal orders quickly and had plenty of time to accommodate them.

I rated a 2 because the food was good. It always takes a while and there are often items missing from the order. Tonight, we were busy and needed a quick bite. Waited 11 minutes in line before we could order, 6 minutes to place the order, and 26 minutes to prepare the order. First, they were just waiting on the shrimp. Then, the fish sandwiches. Then, the pies. Then, the fish again. Then, the Mac and cheese. Needless to say, our quick dinner solution was a big hassle. We were late for our evening plans. As the group of hungry customers waited for their food, we were treated to the employees complaining about one another, about wanting their shifts to be over, and various other vulgar comments.. We won't be back.

Never had issue went in around 6pm tonight no one found mins later girl and man come from back past pick up and no one one in drive thru tickets pilled up in machine what a dump if I could post the pitcures!

I only visit this location to get there Mac-n-Cheese. It is very good! The rest of the menu is ok. But in my opinion, the Mac-n-Cheese is where it's at!

I love the food here, but I’m writing this because this is the second time I have placed an order for pickup that is not correct. I have ordered ahead twice just for the food I ordered not to be in stock, which is ridiculous. I work at a fast food chain as well, and there is an option to tell customers that food items are out of stock on the app, so why doesn’t Popeyes app tell me that? The first time the workers at least asked if I wanted to cancel my order, but this second time they said nothing. I was given a different item than one I had ordered, and one of my sides just wasn’t there. Nothing was said about out of stock items and I was not asked if I wanted to cancel. I got an apple pie instead of my cheesecake and no Mac and cheese which was supposed to be my second side. The apple pie is cheaper than the cheesecake and the Mac and cheese made my box combo more expensive. I won’t be spending my money here anymore if I’m not actually getting what I paid for.

I guess it really depends on the mood the employees are in. Some days the food is freshly cooked and yummy as all get out and the staff is friendly. other days the food is dried out like it's been sitting there for hours on end and your order gets pretty much thrown at you. It's hit or miss with the Popeye's in Oswego. The Popeyes in Cicero however, everytime I've gone there the staff have been friendly and the food fresh and tasty. I'll drive the extra 10 miles.
