I went into Popeyes on 104 in Oswego today I dealt with the assistant manager, Antonio, very well mannered respect, respectable, and the service was phenomenal. I asked him to drop in fresh chicken and french fries for me, and he did also gave me a drink while I sat there and waited for my food by the time I drove home to Fulton, my food was still hot and very tasty.

They gave my friend food poisoning. The macaroni and cheese tasted like pickles so something was off. Shes now whirling in pain and crying on the toilet. Absolutely never coming back

Place closes all the time before actual closing time (12:00). This is the third time I’ve tried getting food at 10:15 and the girl on drive thru speaker tells me “we are actually closed and all the food is thrown out” after they just took an order infront of me. Workers have been rude everytime.

I'm so hooked on Popeye's Chicken. It is the moistest chicken I've had in any fast food chicken restaurant. Their macaroni and cheese is the best I've had from any fast food place that serves it. And, their biscuits outdo those other chicken places. Nothing is dry.

Popeyes is great but not the one in Oswego. The service was horrible and the worker in back talks about customers in Spanish. I listened to her complain that she had to make fresh chicken. The manager actually had to turn a fryer on because she had turned it off. The first chicken we were given was so cold from the warmer that I guarantee it would have made us sick. The cashier had to be shown how to use a thermometer by the manager. They shouldn't be allowed to touch food until they provided the proper training. When I asked for properly temped chicken, the cashier just walked around aimlessly. I ended up settling for the spicy chicken in place of the regular. The manager checked each piece with a thermometer before I was given a new three-piece. If the chicken is leaving the fryer at the proper temp and then being placed underneath heating lamps, your chicken shouldn't be cold unless you have a bulb out. For the record they were all lit and that leads me to believe that the woman frying the chicken was not bringing them up to temperature all the way. They were relyng on the bulbs to cook their chicken the rest away. The health department should pay them a visit for sure. At no point did the manager or the cashier apologize for serving cold food. In fact, they didn't speak to me at all which I thought was weird. The woman making the chicken should also realize that there are many of us that speak Spanish and she should watch what she says about customers.

How do we get cold food when they’re aren’t any other customers. I went up and complained and nobody cared . This explains why , when we drove past , every other fast food place , they were all busy ! We only stopped to see if it was open . I wouldn’t waste a penny at this locations ever again. Just amazed that we spent $40 on cold food , and nobody cared.

I’ve ordered from here twice, Both times the food was delicious! There was nothing wrong with my food besides the fries were a little bit cold, But that’s because I ordered off DoorDash So it took a little bit for the food to get here. Other than that, I’d say the food was amazing!

I literally could ask for a refund the last 2 times I've gone but I don't ask for stuff like that if you want to offer that's great, but the new manager sucks, and he's bragging on Facebook about how well he's going to turn the place around, he sucks find someone new

Second time here and both times getting the chicken strips combo. While the food was fresh you would think having to pay $17.27 for 3 piece with two sides and a drink they would fill the side containers up and not just halfway like they have both times. Also got mash potatoes and gravy and maybe a teaspoon worth of gravy was on them.
Update: well it’s been a month since I left my previous review. I’ve been back twice since then, I returned because the owner responded to my review and said they would work on their portion sizes. I got to say, they kept their word. The last two times the portions were right and I appreciate it. The food was fresh, service was quick and staff were polite. I feel like it’s important to give credit where credit is due. The establishment took the complaint serious and made changes, that says a lot about this place. Thank you.
