Used to be good the new manager is taking this place to the ground, can't even eat a whole meal without throwing stuff out! I literally could ask for a refund the last 2 times I've gone but I don't ask for stuff like that if you want to offer that's great, but the new manager sucks, and he's bragging on Facebook about how well he's going to turn the place around, he sucks find someone new

Second time here and both times getting the chicken strips combo. While the food was fresh you would think having to pay $17.27 for 3 piece with two sides and a drink they would fill the side containers up and not just halfway like they have both times. Also got mash potatoes and gravy and maybe a teaspoon worth of gravy was on them.
Update: well it’s been a month since I left my previous review. I’ve been back twice since then, I returned because the owner responded to my review and said they would work on their portion sizes. I got to say, they kept their word. The last two times the portions were right and I appreciate it. The food was fresh, service was quick and staff were polite. I feel like it’s important to give credit where credit is due. The establishment took the complaint serious and made changes, that says a lot about this place. Thank you.

Every time I’ve gotten food from this location it’s been delicious! They have the best chicken sandwich ever! … the New store manager Michael is very accommodating as well. If there’s a mess up, he fixes it right away. Great service! 5stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place needs help. I got a 5 piece tender meal with cold fries and an iced tea. I added another iced tea and it was $20.50. By far the worst iced tea I’ve had in a long time and the fries must have been sitting around for a while and same with the biscuit, they were terrible. Didn’t eat either and didn’t drink the teas so basically $20.50 for 5 tenders is just disappointing. I can’t keep trying it. This is the 3rd time and everytime it’s been bad. Not to mention the ceiling dripping water in the dining room into a bucket. Understandable things happen and need fixing but the main issue is the food everytime is bad and it’s expensive.

Unclean slow staff even the fact they had the orders made and waiting for people to pick up took them 20 minutes to solve the drive through and to stare at me waiting an order to deliver this place needs to be cleaned and properly staffed the food I was to deliver was cold as I put it on the seat next to me 1 minute out the door of the building lady at the counter was hardly willing to handle the orders took so long to get the order even for a door dash that's a pain could have had 4 orders in place of one

I was there during launch, not a fast food eater but it was shocking how manh people came to see it open up, the community supported this place then so it may be misplaced if I think people are being harsh in reviews... Alas Incsn onlynsoeakbon my own experience, for one, they've always been quick, and two, it's been hot / freshly made. The staff are on the nice to average/unremarkable side. I do see the owner cares from the time they put in to replying to comments and switching staff up. maybe a word of advice. I know opening restaurants is beyond exhausting, let alone maintaining chain standards and paying dues + making a profit after such a huge investment. But the most important time are the very first weeks to months. Be extremely detail oriented. Speed and Freshness is the utmost priority. I hope more businesses thrive in Oswego, but it's not going to be easy with Recession on horizon

This is the second and LAST time I will ever eat here. The first time the food literally poisoned my husband and had to rush him to the ER.
Today I preordered food. Cool. Go to pick it up less than 10 mins after I ordered. I ordered the new dill pickle sandwich and a 4 piece for my husband. Got home (I live less than a mile away) and the food was absolutely STALE AND COLD TO THE TOUCH. Yoy could tell it had been sitting out for hours prior to them serving it to me. my fries were also completely missing.
I now understand why this place never has any business. If you’re reading this pls LOG OFF AND GO TO KFC. So very disappointed that I even thought to waste my money here.
