What a disappointment. We waited over an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES!! (only about 4 orders ahead of us).
The staff wondered around clueless on how to fill orders. The amount of times the bagels were touched was astounding.
Our order consisted of 3 bagels, one plain bagel with plain cream cheese, One bacon and cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese and one bagel with lox. The lox was not fresh therefore was not edible..and i paid over $24!!!
Did I mention it took OVER AN HOUR AND FIFTEE. MINUTES to for our order?? Never again.

Probably THE best bagel I have ever had! The entire display case of bagels was amazing. We were only in town for the weekend, but we HAD to come back the next morning just to get the tuna salad on a bagel since my boyfriend was in love with it. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese both times and appreciated how hot and fresh everything was. The workers were definitely a bit understaffed but they got us our order in a timely manner despite the rush. We need the recipe!

My husband, daughter and I were looking for a place to grab a small meal to hold us over, sort of a late lunch for us. It had been a while since I have really been to that side of Oswego and we searched around for a while to find food that sounded good and looked affordable. We found it here!
I didn’t get a picture but we got pizza bagels and a turkey bagel. It all looked really cute and tasted amazing. It was just enough food that I know it will hold us over a while despite being bagels, which doesn’t seem like a filling meal. Great prices for the quality of what you’re getting.
The pizza bagels were so well made, with just the right amount of cheese. Very nice looking place too and friendly service. We will definitely go back, again!
Kid-friendliness: There were several options for the type of bagel and what you could put on it. My daughter enjoyed creating a mix of flavors she found tasty and she really liked her choice. She ordered a pizza bagel that was cheese and sauce on her bagel and cooked. It was just enough for her and she even left a little bit she couldn’t eat because she was full. Perfect sizing for us all!

If you want fresh, delicious bagels this is your spot! I live in Baldwinsville and will gladly make the drive for breakfast here. Absolutely delicious and very friendly staff too!

Bagels are SO tiny and way overpriced. My spicy everything bagel today was the size of a hamburger bun. Not worth it. Plus they never put enough cc on the bagels.
