Cute coffee shop. Love the roasting when first walk in. Biscotti are huge! Muffins are fresh and tasty. Lattes are tasty but not hot. Employees do not welcome you, tell you they will be with you in a moment, or smile until YOU talk to them. Didn't feel very welcomed.

I like the coffee & the service is always good but what is up with Mgmt not allowing tips ? Regardless of the hourly wage food service workers depend upon tips to augment their pay. The Bagel Shop and Pizza Place employees all provide a good product but the no tip rule contributes to high turn-over and low morale. This can/will increase operating costs by having to hire/train new employees to replace previous staff forced to seek better pay elsewhere. The owners received public tax breaks to build these businesses, let your employees receive tips, & let them worry about the taxes... .

While it was busy, I waited almost 40 minutes to get a latte. People who came in and ordered after me were served before me. Door dash orders were prioritized before my order. This is unacceptable. I would not patronize this place again based on my experience today.
Been wanting to try this place since I moved to the neighborhood about a year ago.It took me this long,because I am disabled,rely on a powerchair and afraid of doors...Lol !! Finally made it about a week ago and was not disappointed! Not only did I recieve help with the front door?,the staff warmly greeted me,assisted me in any way they could,were kind and patient.The environment is warm,relaxed,friendly and clean.There is a very nice seating area inside,where you can enjoy a game of chess or tic tac toe while you wait or you can check out the various coffees,candles,teas,coffee mugs,etc on display at the front of the store.Which is where most of my visit was spent...because I have the attention span of a squirrel?! Moving on...so finally make it to front counter.Whoa?was like reading computer script,not prepared! I'm pretty simple when it comes to my coffee,like it black.But this day, I thought,let's do something different.Take a chance.So,got a shot of cookie butter?Soooo glad I did.Wow! Left there not only with my coffee,but a giant,delicious cookie,an adorable ghost coffee mug and a pumpkin spice latte sticker.Enjoyed my amazing coffee and cookie in the gorgeous seating area,beautifully painted I may add,tucked between the Riverwalk building and the building next door.Soft music coming from the outdoor speakers,great weather.Overall great experiance!Huge thank you to the staff and the customer that opened the door for me?

Briefly popped in to use their restroom and to grab a coffee for my partner and myself. I got their order wrong and the batista were super accommodating and extremely friendly with fixing my mistake. The coffees themselves were delicious! We got a decaf vanilla oatmilk cappuccino and an iced coffee with vanilla and both were superb.

I recently visited Riverwalk with my little sister, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. We ordered a latte and a black Americano, expecting a smooth and enjoyable visit.
To our dismay, it took a total of 26 minutes to receive our order. We received the latte first, but then had to wait an additional 7-10 minutes for the Americano. This delay was particularly frustrating because we noticed four separate customers, who appeared to be regulars or friends of the staff, arriving after us and receiving their orders almost immediately. These customers did not appear to have placed online orders, making the situation even more puzzling.
While the coffee itself was decent, the service experience overshadowed our visit. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure all customers receive timely and fair service in the future
