The food is always great, and the service is always friendly. 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend!

we've eaten here before and enjoy the $5 Monday special for half of our family.... however this monday was extremely busy and the kids working were rushing orders. Our $5 cheese pizza was undercooked and when I brought it up to be cooked longer one girl said "it's just not cooked to their liking....let it go around a few more times." My daughter and husband ordered a Gluten free pizza with Sausage and Pepperoni that we gladly paid the up charges for because it's been delicious in the past. However this time the presentation was sloppy we were missing a topping AND it was undercooked. For such a busy night with a big special there really should be a supervisor for quality control. I would rather wait 5 extra minutes for my order to be right than to eat doughy pizza and not receive the proper toppings I paid for. Also after all that I was basically told it's 8pm and we're closing so we will be cleaning around you. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

Was in town for a hockey tournament and looked up pizza. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza (fresh mozz, cupping pepperoni, original sauce) and it was great. Didn’t expect to get a $4 new customer discount but was a great pizza, especially for $8. Will visit every time I am in town now!

In not one to shame another business but, For something that costs more than 20.00 for a small individual pizza they should know how to cook the freaking pizza.... but... apparently not.... and you can't even call the place because they don't have a phone... that in itself is absurd....

I hate to leave bad reviews but I could not help myself. These people take advantage of others with food allergies. I ordered a pizza with gluten free crust. $5 extra. I understand that the gluten free flour costs more but this much?? No. I own a shop that serves many gluten free options and it is nothing like this. I got a tiny little pizza for $21. Outrageous. On top of that it was SMALLER THAN THE NORMAL CRUST PIZZA. Are you kidding me??? On top of that I waited 30 minutes while people behind me got their food and left. All for it to not be cut and the chicken was cold. It was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it. I am so disappointed. I would rather eat Fastrac pizza that isn’t gluten free and deal with the pain. Do not go here.

Our first time. Pizza was good and service was exellent. The not tipping was offsetting and actually awkward for me as the customer. Staff did great and I felt bad not being able to tip.

Went there with a couple girlfriends to celebrate my birthday. I got a pepperoni and mushroom pizza that was delicious. The Personnel waiting on us couldn't have been any nicer. My M&M cookie was a special treat! I will be back and will let others know about this gem.

My family had lunch here a couple of Saturdays ago. We waited over 40 mins for our order. And my calzone was burnt to a crisp and absolutely disgusting. It was very expensive for such crappy food. There were only 2 people working that we could see and they were extremely overwhelmed with orders.

Super cute. Could have been awesome. Got a margarita pizza and it was just so boring. Probably the worst margarita pizza I’ve ever gotten. Lacks flavor. Staff was awesome tho!

If there was a $20/personal pizza contemporary industrial startup kit, this place bought one and the optional add-ons. Realistically it's overpriced for what you get, by Oswego standards. This place feels out of place, maybe better suited off a main drive in Syracuse or along the blvd. If you don't mind dropping $20 for a personal pan flat pizza go for it, otherwise look elsewhere for a pizza choice.

Dietary restrictions: Tell them ahead of ordering if you have a gluten or other food allergy,.or else they just jump into prep.

Kid-friendliness: Yes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Listen here ! This pizza is the bomb! I don’t even care for pizza but this was so on point I can eat one everyday! Fresh toppings and all ! I only wish I could pick more than 5 cause once you pick the basics such as sauce and cheese that only leaves three toppings !
