Worst Taco Bell ever. I have a problem with every order, whether its them forgetting something or the food is bad. Chalupa shells hard as a rock and crumble when you try to eat them. Rotten tomatoes. The steak and chicken BOTH taste off, like they've been out for days. Tried to show them the chalupa shell and rotten tomatoes and they just stared at me and offered a replacement. Seriously, i didnt want that garbage the first time, why would i want to try again? Just went there for the last time today. Will never be back.

Last few times I have gone the fiesta potatoes are so overcooked beyond belief, they are crunchy. Whoever heats up the potatoes might need some re-training.

My fiancé, cousin, and I went here. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was okay, but after we ate my fiancé got sick and was diagnosed with bad food poisoning.

I mean come on... its taco bell the best fast food restaurant lol. In all seriousness im addicted to tacobell the only complaint I have about this location is at times (depending who's doing orders) they don't fill the sauce cups to even half way. Its more like a 1/3 of the cup which is such a small amount. this doesnt happen all the time but it would be better if they were trained to always fill it to a bit more than half. Not a big deal just hoping it gets more consistent.
This place has such bad customer service it isn't even funny , I would suggest you to all go to fajitah grill across town for some better mexican food rather than getting bad food and bad customer service both.

I get if a fast food place is busy but literally tonight no lines in the drive through and maybe 4 cars in the parking lot, the only person that was inside waiting for a taco. You shouldn't have to wait for almost a half hour for a taco I'm sorry and one guy was just standing there not looking up from his phone. Smh
