The wife and I love hitting this place up every other Friday and have made it a regular for us. But, you guys should really be cleaning the tables and menus better. Especially this time of year when everyone is sick. The menus definitely need to be cleaned better.

Doesn’t cater to your wants or needs, I asked for no mushrooms on kabobs and they can’t do that?? Like are we kidding! So I tried to order a steak on rice and she tried to upsell me to a more expensive steak!!

Very disappointing experience. I was charged twice for my meal, and despite pointing it out, the issue wasn’t resolved properly. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. The lack of accountability and customer service means I won’t be coming back.

The bathroom s could of been kept on on there were Dirty.not like dirty just pappers towels thrown everywhere. The waiter tress didn't bring out our side dishes until we were ready to go so we took them home she forgot. Them the machine would take one of our gift card so ended up being a night mare good thing grad my purses. Our bill was 128. I did leave her a 40. Tip not sure if I feel comfortable coming back.

Texas Roadhouse has a welcoming, diverse atmosphere, but there is a lot going on inside and the noise level felt tiring by the end of our meal. The wait time was reasonable, and our waiter was kind. The food arrived hot and tasted good. Unfortunately, something unexpected was found in the chili after my husband had already eaten most of it, which was concerning and obviously off-putting. Although the waiter apologized and took it back to the kitchen, there was no follow-up or update so that was disappointing.
