I live in Albany and heard about this new restaurant from friends who live in Oswego. It was superb! Congratulations to the new owner and I wish him much success. Cant wait to come back again.

Amazed at how good the coleslaw was. The peach BBQ sauce i was thinking it would be thicker, but it was tasty. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were juicy and tasty. The fries were good, though they were not very warm when we got them. The pickled veggies were good. The mac and cheese was tasty, you definitely need to use Cavatapi instead of elbows (I dislike how elbows get soggy and fall apart) Cavatapi would elevate the mac and cheese to a whole new level. I know it's more expensive, but worth it!

We ordered online and pick up. Our order consisted of 1/2smoked chicken and 1 side. We ordered to meals only difference was our sides. We arrived 10 minutes before estimated time. No text letting us know it was ready for pickup. We went in the building and in the entry was a bag with our name on it. The food was not warm so warmed it when we got home. The vegetables had a strong ginger taste and were not cooked, mac and cheese tasted like flour, the beans had no flavor. The chicken was good but without sauce, if added just not very tasty. Needless to say we were very disappointed ... anyone could have walked in and picked up our order which of course was prepaid.

The portions were small, the meat was dry and didn’t have the Smokey bbq flavor that Bbq is known for.

A thoughtful place -- this homesick Texan is so glad to have a BBQ spot in town now! I will definitely be back to explore their enticing menu.I came in for Sunday lunch take-away. Everyone was wearing masks, back and front of house. Our BBQ sandwiches were boxed very carefully, with meat, sauce, and slaw packaged separately to keep the toasted brioche buns from getting soggy on the ride home. Broccoli salad was *very* good, and the house pickled veggies on the side were a nice touch. IMO the slaw could have used more seasoning and the brisket and pulled pork both leaned on the sauce for flavor support. Brisket was juicier than the pulled pork. Overall both sandwiches were solid choices, and I'd order again if I had a hankering for either. I'll be back for sure!

Portions were very small and the menu options are limited.I was disappointed that the side dish options did not include mashed potatoes or corn bread.I had the half-chicken and it tasted good but the size of the chicken was far too small to be filling.I tried it, but considering the cost and portion size I will travel when I want BBQ.

Without a doubt the best food in town.

I would have to say hands down it was better than Dinosaur. Great taste , just enough smoke. Would highly recommend.

This food is actually amazing, did not expect it but the quality is great and the portions are bigger than other in the area, I recommend the chicken sandwich.

Incredible food and really good prices. I'm a native of North Carolina and I can verify this place knows what they're doing with barbeque. Very excited that there's a restaurant like this in Oswego and look forward to getting food from there again.
