The Fuse is definitely one of my top choices for dining in Oswego. The ingredients are consistently fresh and prepared with great care. When ordering take-out, the food is packaged nicely. I've never been disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a GREAT experience at The Fuse tonight! Service and food was GREAT!! My 9yr old granddaughter said she loved her sushi and she would give more than 5 stars if she could!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Oswego! Highly recommend!!! Go check it out and get some delicious food and drink!

I wish that there was a star rating for value. I gave the food 3 stars, but if I could have given a rating on value it would be a 4 star on food and 2 on value. I ordered a seaweed salad for 4 bucks and got a tiny side dish of the seaweed salad. I got a small Chasu Tonkatsu Ramen for 16.95.
The ramen noodles were slightly overcooked, that’s fine if only it wasn’t close to 20 bucks by itself. The bowl of soup was small.
Maybe it’s me, but some of the restaurants out there are still trying to pass off smaller portions of food for prices that simply don’t match their offerings. It’s also cafe style, so it’s not like you’re even sitting down and being waited on.
I will say that the staff was very friendly and they deserve a 5 star rating.
Final thoughts, if you’re ok with paying for overpriced food, go ahead and give it a go I guess.
FYI I went for a sushi fix and decided on Ramen because the offerings were minimal as they do NOT have a wide variety of sushi. And the sushi was overpriced as well.

The sushi was fresh, and we enjoyed some of the nicest spring rolls (as in rice paper with fresh veggies) we have had in the CNY area. The Fuse signature boba tea with soy milk was really nice, not too sweet like many boba places. We would stop again.
Excellent food. I visit weekly

This is now our favorite noodle place in all the states we’ve visited. I had the spicy shrimp roll the first time and the pork cashew soup the next day. Both were delicious

Our food was amazing and fresh tasting. So far best sushi we have tried! We ordered the red dragon roll-cream cheese roll-rainbow roll- tonkotsu ramen-spicy shrimp roll and miso ramen. All was perfectly made/cooked. Will definitely be going back with the family. The customer service there was amazing as well. Good job and keep up the good work guys!

Its so good, my absolute favorite place to eat now, my boyfriend and i’s favorite spot. The miso is amazing, and the owners are so friendly. Limited seating, but the food is out of this world, atmosphere is great and so is the service. 10/10, would recommend anyone to go here.

The food is amazing, but the prices are pretty high by a few dollars. They usually disappear when I want to order. It also smells heavily of chemical cleaner, and I didnt want that to ruin the expensive food, so I left. Shame really.

The sushi is extremely delicious. But for $15 dollars for ramen noodles that taste like dish water is disgusting.. What are you thinking?? Anyone else who complains about the noodles past or present. Should have a full refund!! Bring that back to Burma. ???
Dietary restrictions: You must love the flavor of dish soap, to enjoy the soup here!

The food was GREAT. Ordered probably the best chicken dumplings I’ve ever had, as well as a delicious mango shrimp sushi roll. 10/10. Can’t wait to go back and try some more!!
