Cute little place, I had the classic poke bowl, which was amazing. Tried their Dragon roll, sushi rice was perfect, the roll had a great taste and texture. 10/10 from my perspective. My parents tried the vegetable roll and the crunchy vegetable roll. Both were delicious and crisp. The steamed dumplings are also very delicious.This is perfect for a college town. It’s not a dress up sushi bar, it’s a great, simple sushi place. I enjoyed it. 10/10 and I’m sure as they grow it will only get better.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian rolls and some additional vegetarian options.

Wow. This is a top tier sushi place. Not a lot of seating but friendly atmosphere. Plenty of diagonal Street parking out front. Electric car chargers a block over on 2nd street by the town hall (level 2, 4 hr max, free... Thanks Oswego!).

We stopped in for an afternoon snack, everything was delicious! We enjoyed the strawberry and passion fruit boba tea and they were as tasty as we hoped! The boba was cooked to perfection, the pearls were a tad smaller than we're use to but delicious regardless. My boys shared the spicy shrimp roll and they loved it. They said it wasn't that spicy. I ordered the chicken dumplings, and wow!! These are the best dumplings I've ever had, I'm now dreaming of them! We will be back for sure. The dining area is modern and nice. The staff was very nice. And most of all you can taste that everything is made fresh to order, that is why it's so very delicious!

Finally had a chance to try The Fuse tonight and I’m glad I did! Miso soup was good, sushi was excellent. The atmosphere was very nice , the service was polite , and quick with. The place was clean and comfortable. The prices were good, and it was an overall good experience. I would definitely recommend them, and will be eating there again for sure.

The fuse has the most amazing sushi I have had in NY. Their foods are fresh, tasty and amazing. I have my doubts when it come to sushi in America but their sushi is just top notch! The staff is also friendly too. The restaurant is clean, the music is good and decoration is amazing too! I suggest everyone who come to oswego to take a taste of the fuse! I am confident that you would fall in love like I did too.
