The Pies Guys Pizzeria & Fish Fry

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Called to get my money back due to an error where my delivery was unable to be delivered and the manager was down right rude. I asked for his name so I could address him properly during our conversation and he refuses to tell me his name because he “doesn’t have to”. Ok sir no problem please explain why you refuse to give me a refund and he states “because I want my food back” well sir I don’t have your food so I want my money back. Nope, no refund. Ok, who is the owner? He states he is. Ok and your name? Nope not giving it. Ok is this a franchise or corporate location. It’s a franchise. Ok, who owns the franchise? “I don’t have time for this” and he hangs up on me. So no food was delivered. My purchase of over $50 was not funded and now I still have to go purchase dinner from somewhere else. Never ever have I been spoken like this by a “manager/owner”. So disappointed and will never purchase anything from this franchise again

Wings were good fried cauliflower and onion rings were good but whatever you did to the cheese on your pizza it was absolutely disgusting it's like American cheese or something won't be ordering anymore

Ordered an Eggplant Parm Hero for delivery and it was absolutely beautiful! I ordered it with extra cheese and it was SMOTHERED in Mozzerella with the crispy eggplant and it absolutely made my night! Will def be making this place a new regular spot!

I tried several recommended pizza spots around Oswego and The Pie Guys, in my opinion, won out overall!
More than the toppings, the crust was the star!!
Each bite had that delicate, crisp crunch that I love in a quality pie.
I highly recommend, checking them out!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Im from out of town looking for someplace that delivered... The Pie Guys was the best call I could've made! Everyone that I spoke to was very polite and helpful. My delivery was pretty quick and my stromboli is so big that its probably going to take me a week to eat it! It was delicious too.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pie is pretty good overall... their other locations are pretty consistent. Their garlic pie is great.

You think they treat customers bad wait until I upload the videos I have of how they drop wings on the floor and put them back in fryer to sell or how they call employees the hard r word after I contact the eeoc and show my videos this place will be shut down

I order from pies guys all the time as a college student, and I have to say they deliver 99% of the time. the 1% in which I have issues its always resolved in a timely manner (network/Internet issues with ordering, which is most likely on the side of my app for college, which is fixed with a quick phone call). Their staff is so sweet. will continue to order here until I'm no longer living in the area lol.

Food takes forever to get delivered and they put too much olives but everything else is great

Very common for this place to take hours upon hours to get your food. It’s like they don’t even care about the customers who give them money. They’re in a college town. If you’re gonna be in a college town, have faster delivery services. It’s not that hard.

At least their garlic knots are decent🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered a margarita pizza and it’s supposed to have lots of mozzarella and no REGULAR CHEESE. yet clearly in the photo it shows it. And there’s hardly any tomatoe.! I called and the woman who made it swore up and down she made it right and was outright rude. Very bland. Horrible

Well I chose delivery and not pick up, won't make that mistake twice! I ordered 2 large pizzas 1 BBQ pizza and 1 supreme pizza. Took took an hr and a half to get me the pizza and it was not hardly Luke warm. It was tough like it had been sitting forgotten. Flavor is there but very disappointing in time and cold pizza. So make ur pizza a pick up or just go and order it so it will be fresh and hot. After eating the leathery pizza I dropped the review 1 star. 60 bucks I should have spent elsewhere
