The Pies Guys Pizzeria & Fish Fry

Im from out of town looking for someplace that delivered... The Pie Guys was the best call I could've made! Everyone that I spoke to was very polite and helpful. My delivery was pretty quick and my stromboli is so big that its probably going to take me a week to eat it! It was delicious too.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pie is pretty good overall... their other locations are pretty consistent. Their garlic pie is great.

You think they treat customers bad wait until I upload the videos I have of how they drop wings on the floor and put them back in fryer to sell or how they call employees the hard r word after I contact the eeoc and show my videos this place will be shut down

I order from pies guys all the time as a college student, and I have to say they deliver 99% of the time. the 1% in which I have issues its always resolved in a timely manner (network/Internet issues with ordering, which is most likely on the side of my app for college, which is fixed with a quick phone call). Their staff is so sweet. will continue to order here until I'm no longer living in the area lol.

U guys always get my get mobile order wrong literally stop taking 3 hrs to make food and stop getting ppls orders wrong yo food fye but ur service is trash

Very common for this place to take hours upon hours to get your food. It’s like they don’t even care about the customers who give them money. They’re in a college town. If you’re gonna be in a college town, have faster delivery services. It’s not that hard.

At least their garlic knots are decent🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered a margarita pizza and it’s supposed to have lots of mozzarella and no REGULAR CHEESE. yet clearly in the photo it shows it. And there’s hardly any tomatoe.! I called and the woman who made it swore up and down she made it right and was outright rude. Very bland. Horrible

Well I chose delivery and not pick up, won't make that mistake twice! I ordered 2 large pizzas 1 BBQ pizza and 1 supreme pizza. Took took an hr and a half to get me the pizza and it was not hardly Luke warm. It was tough like it had been sitting forgotten. Flavor is there but very disappointing in time and cold pizza. So make ur pizza a pick up or just go and order it so it will be fresh and hot. After eating the leathery pizza I dropped the review 1 star. 60 bucks I should have spent elsewhere

Pizza is just burnt crust with grease cheese and pepperonis on top. I've ordered here for years and it's never been the best pizza I've ever had.... But it's never been this bad I won't be goingback anytime soon. Order from anywhere else. The wings were overcooked and covered in what smells like low quality craft bbq sauce. I've bought wings from here before and they've been good, but tonight they're awful. So bad I won't order anything from here for a long time. Worst 56 dollars I've ever spent.

Ordered a med pizza and antipasto salad for delivery $40 and two hours later my food arrived. Pizza was not cut correctly and was over cooked hard and cold. Call to ask for the manager was told wasn’t available and the girl argued with me saying I was wrong. This place needs a check from an inspector and the people working here need an attitude check. Will not be ordering again

I ordered through DoorDash, it is common for this restaurant to not stay on top of the order status on their end through the app. I had mistakenly used the wrong address. The address was my work address. My office was closed. when I called to troubleshoot the issue the restaurant had told me that the food had already been delivered, had been accepted by someone, and there was nothing they could do. This of course wasn’t true because I order my food at 5pm and my office closed at 4. They had not updated the delivery status on there end or mine so there would have been know way of knowing that. Instead of trying to find a solution I was yelled at by the manager on dutie and told that I was out of luck and I should have used to correct address. I was then told that they would not be making “free food” to send out. This was at 6:30 on December 23rd. I am not sure who the manager would have been but I would like to note that. This issue was easily resolved because I always leave a note to have my drivers call me. The driver called me with an eta and I was able to update my address. If anyone at this business had bothered to update the application I could have resolved this issue without a phone call, but because no one was effectively doing there job I had no information for the driver, so I could not contact my delivery driver to update the address with them. This behavior was truly disgusting. I have never been treated like this but anyone, let alone someone who I was trying to buy something from.
