The Pies Guys Pizzeria & Fish Fry

I ordered through DoorDash, it is common for this restaurant to not stay on top of the order status on their end through the app. I had mistakenly used the wrong address. The address was my work address. My office was closed. when I called to troubleshoot the issue the restaurant had told me that the food had already been delivered, had been accepted by someone, and there was nothing they could do. This of course wasn’t true because I order my food at 5pm and my office closed at 4. They had not updated the delivery status on there end or mine so there would have been know way of knowing that. Instead of trying to find a solution I was yelled at by the manager on dutie and told that I was out of luck and I should have used to correct address. I was then told that they would not be making “free food” to send out. This was at 6:30 on December 23rd. I am not sure who the manager would have been but I would like to note that. This issue was easily resolved because I always leave a note to have my drivers call me. The driver called me with an eta and I was able to update my address. If anyone at this business had bothered to update the application I could have resolved this issue without a phone call, but because no one was effectively doing there job I had no information for the driver, so I could not contact my delivery driver to update the address with them. This behavior was truly disgusting. I have never been treated like this but anyone, let alone someone who I was trying to buy something from.

Lots of good pizza options in Oswego, but Pies Guys is our go-to. We love the NY style! We have had issues with online ordering through DoorDash once or twice so we always call. We always do pickup with them: YMMV, but for us delivery is usually slow, and the pizza often arrives lukewarm.

An evaluation is needed for this location. Staff should not be rude nor dismissive especially after not following the ingredients in an order. To refuse remaking an order that was wrong is insanity as it's food service. Workers are not suppose to escalate a situation. Are policies even being followed? Many people have wrote about the poor food quality that seems to have been a problem for a while now. Where is the manager? Who's managing this location??? Orders should not take more than an hour to make.

Our pizza was so good ! We tried meat lovers, garlic and a few others, all good! Their wings are best in Oswego. Give them a try!

First thing they did when we walked in was greet us and say we will be right with you. Pizza and antipasto salad were delicious. The Pie Guys is our go to pizza joint in Oswego.

every time i order something they mess up.

This is by far the best place to get wings in the city. i Will proudly never step foot in GJP ever again as this place is 10 times better. 100% recommend!!
