One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to the menu is over priced and the food was below average to be kind I figured I'd play it safe so I ordered cheese Tordlini and it tasted like a frozen dinner and the bread I got was so hard and sharp on the crust I stayed the roof of my mouth my wife order a chicken dish it looked like pot roast made with chicken the only good thing was the mixed drinks ? and we were told another couple had a reservation at 630 so we would have to be done by then who has ever heard of a time limit at a restaurant I was not impressed at all. If I could rate a negative number I would.Kid-friendliness: Do not bring kids there is nothing on the menu for them

Even with the bitter cold of winter beating the glass of the restaurant relentlessly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and pleasant. Our server, Olivia, was bright and cheerful and helpful in choosing between the wonderful dishes that were offered. She was always there when we needed, and we never had to look for her. It was a great evening with my beautiful wife and the staff and overall experience of the Rooftop, made it even more enjoyable.

Had an amazing dinner experience, great service, and lovely presentation too. It was quiet when we went which was perfect, however we could tell it could get pretty loud inside if it had been busier. Can’t wait to go in the summer! The Rooftop will definitely be one of my new go-to spots for special occasions. :-)

The atmosphere was beautiful on the rooftop with amazing food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even brought out blankets to us during our meal outside on the rooftop at night! Highly recommend trying the burnt pork ends, and duck dumplings, food worth traveling hours for! ?
The food options were amazing- so unique and difficult to decide. The quality, presentation, as well as flavors of the dishes did not disappoint. Cocktails were everything a cocktail should be. Can't wait to go back again!

This place is extremely classy and has a calming atmosphere. My children and I rushed to get reservations to sit and eat outside before the weather got cold and it was well worth it. The service was awesome and the variety of food selections was on point.

What a wonderful find in Oswego! This was the first time I was in town and this is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the city.It is a rooftop restaurant and lounge with both indoor and outdoor seatings. During the winter months it is gold to be able to sit inside with large windows overlooking the whole city.The restaurant has a very modern vibe, with delicious appetizers and drinks. This place should be an overwhelming hit in Oswego!I ordered the duck dumplings which were crips lite and probably one of the best dumplings that I've ever had. The filet medallions felt a bit dry after eating the juicy dumplings. But I think my palette was changed and I couldn't savior the medallions as much. If I had stayed longer, I would have come to this restaurant again and again. Service was astounding, Robert's recommendations were all great! Great atmosphere and a cold rainy day, being inside, enjoying the warm delicious food hit the spot!
