Jessica made us wait , over ten minutes , just to order. Then we waited an additional 13 mins for our food ( party of 2) they’re were no other customers , in line , or in the store. Our order was incorrect , then Jessica blamed me. Hmm 2 jr bacons plain , turned into 1 plain , and 1 not. This is somehow my fault. Why it took so long , is a mystery. Very poor customer service.

For the price of the food. It really should be a larger size. For the money, make the price cheaper for everyone. Biggie bag's are important for the business.

Cashier was extremely patient and helpful as I was trying to decide what I wanted to share with my husband. She made suggestions with a friendly attitude. She even offered to cut sandwich in half, although kitchen was not willing to do so. Chicken sandwich and fries was good and on par price for fast food restaurants.

I was in the drive thru...got to the window ...no one was in the rear view mirror...I was given my soda and I paid using a card. I was told to move forward because the fries were not ready. I said no, I will wait here. The young girl then told me that there drive time numbers will be affected so I have to move forward. I told her I dont care about your numbers. She insisted I was being rude and she didnt have to serve me....then the manager came and tried to get me to pull ahead, and when I refused he gave me a refund. As I was leaving I did notice a customer was just then pulling around behind me. So the moral of the story is they are more concerned about their drive thru numbers than making the customer happy. At least I got a free coke... and a place that I will not recommend to others or visit myself....good job Oswego Wendys

Order wrong, by a mile. Food was barely edible. Obviously the service stunk. Cant get a Burger order correct, for 1 person. I wonder how many times in a day they disappoint customers who already have settled for fast food.

You have GOT to be kidding me?!?! $14 & all I got was a small sandwich with very little toppings, a med drink, & a med fries were actually a small. The restaurant is VERY run down. The toilets are nasty. Need a condiment or napkin? The whole stand is empty. You have to go up to the line to get it- IF they have it. I will NOT be back. Let's not even talk about how slow they are & it's not even busy.

It took 20 minutes to get my food after I ordered it.They messed up the order 3 times even after supposedly fixing it(it was still wrong), then i went home, and it was still wrong.
