Waited in drive through line for 9 minutes as the 3rd car in line, no one taking orders. Second car left, we waited another 7 minutes for the first car in line to be able to order. We get to the order and she says it will be a while because the are short staffed and the dinning room is “packed” . We said ok and started to order when the lady says she will be right back. We waited about 5 more minutes before driving off. On the way out there were 3 TABLES OF PEOPLE AND NOBODY IN LINE! And that’s “packed”, I beg to differ. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever experienced would give 0 stars if I could.

This place has really gone down hill. Its disgusting inside the soda machine is broken no ice the bathrooms are beyond gross had to get out own napkins from off the counter because no one can be bothered to fill the dispensers. We got chrgwd for items we didnt order and the cashier was a grade a space case which im assuming where all the hair in our food came from

Went on Wed Jan 31, 2024. Ordered a Ghost pepper chicken meal. Ordered small fries and coke. Got a chance to eat, took a bite out of the sandwich and the chicken was raw.. threw in the trash can. Never again

Place is dirty. Soda machine looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Food was horrible burger looked like it was cooked hours before it was served to me same with the fries. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The condiment table was empty no napkins or ketchup. No baked potatoes no pink lemonade. Seemed to be out of alot. The person taking my order never said one word other than my total. I will never be back to Wendy's in oswego.

Great service, pretty fast considering the normal wait time at most fast food places. Biscuits could have had more sauce added to them extra means extra not only a dab more, but other than that pretty decent. New spinning wheel for your survéys on the receipt you do awesome idea you can spin tó win different items from the menu to get for free if you do the survey from your most recent receipt great idea and different too .Parking: Plenty of parking available including wheelchair accessible parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance as well as seating inside of the restaurant

Jalapeño Chicken sandwich was AMAZING !! SO flavorful, tender & juicy.. not sure what's up with the spicy corn, but I'd order without it,, they are like little rocks !!! Otherwise it's FABULOUS sandwich !!! Chili delish as usual !!!Vegetarian options: Great salads !!
