Went here a total of three times over a few months span and the Food has been consistently bad everytime. Chicken taste old and dry like its been sitting under a heat source for a while.. The employees are consistently unaware and forgets part of your order leaving you feel ripped off... It hasn't been a good experience and fries were cold too. It's a shame because KFC is good at other locations but this one feels like management has given up.

My cheeseburger must have been sitting because it wasn't hot. The cheese curds were really greasy and not that hot considering they had supposedly just made them. Its ok though the dog will like it i hope.

I bought a 4 piece family meal thru drive through. I was given 2 pieces of chicken coleslaw. I did not get my mash potatoes and gravy or any napkins. My family got jipt.when I called, half way home. Nobody answered the phone

Are all the restaurants in Owego just dirty?! This place was not in the best shape! I placed my order online, but as I waited for them to add to the order, I noticed these guys come in, wearing what appeared to be dirty work clothes, they went right behind the counter into the back and started preparing food, I don't know if it was for a customer or for themselves maybe they own the franchise there, I don't know l, but it was gross to see them go back there without washing their hands & and with those filthy clothes on. The food itself was pretty OK, I ordered the three piece meal.

Waited to order when no one was in line or in the drive thru. Told the don't have Nashville hot when the signs in the window. My kids good was cold 38 dollars should have not stopped. Won't stop again.

Very rude manager. Very rude cashier. Food is excellent. Making everyone pull forward so they can stop their food timer. And that's ridiculous. If this franchise owner wants to contact me I'll gladly give names. I will not tolerate a employee being rude.

We ordered a 16 PC chicken dinner and when we got home to eat, we counted the chicken and only got 10 PCs. We called KFC n asked for manager and she said we would have to bring it back so they could see what PCs were missing. I asked if we could get a credit for the 6 PCs missing and she told me no. Thanks for making it right with your customers that always came there. Guess we will go somewhere else for now on!
