Very rude manager. Very rude cashier. Food is excellent. Making everyone pull forward so they can stop their food timer. And that's ridiculous. If this franchise owner wants to contact me I'll gladly give names. I will not tolerate a employee being rude.

We ordered a 16 PC chicken dinner and when we got home to eat, we counted the chicken and only got 10 PCs. We called KFC n asked for manager and she said we would have to bring it back so they could see what PCs were missing. I asked if we could get a credit for the 6 PCs missing and she told me no. Thanks for making it right with your customers that always came there. Guess we will go somewhere else for now on!

Our order was wrong, overcooked, and quite disgusting. I said that are food was terrible and the male employee said then don’t come back to this location!
Its ok kind of ridiculous they dont take money over a 20 until certain times of the day and some of the workers look ruff older lady at the window is nice
Loved the service. The hot dogs were incredibly salty, I mean really salty! Would have been great otherwise. Chili was sweet, not like A&W in Cortland that should be the landmark of greatness. (Minus their pencil like footlong's) Owego had nice, thick hot dogs. Just need to eliminate the salt in them. Fix those too-salty beef hotdogs, get the combination of chili from Cortland and you would blow them out of the water. Cortland also has the formula for the onion rings. But Owego's were good.

I visited this location and ordered from both the A&W and the KFC menu. I really enjoyed the A&W corn dog nuggets! They were super hot and fresh and they were super fun to eat. Their root beer was also amazing. It always tastes super fresh when you get it at an A&W location! The root beer lollipop that came with the kids meal was also very good and flavorful to have as a late night snack later on! Their staff were super friendly and efficient as well!
