Loved the service. The hot dogs were incredibly salty, I mean really salty! Would have been great otherwise. Chili was sweet, not like A&W in Cortland that should be the landmark of greatness. (Minus their pencil like footlong's) Owego had nice, thick hot dogs. Just need to eliminate the salt in them. Fix those too-salty beef hotdogs, get the combination of chili from Cortland and you would blow them out of the water. Cortland also has the formula for the onion rings. But Owego's were good.

Spent over $50! Food was cold! Chicken tenders were so old and dry! Fries were old and also cold. Mac and cheese was dried out and cold.Food tasted like old grease! Worst food I have ever had!

I visited this location and ordered from both the A&W and the KFC menu. I really enjoyed the A&W corn dog nuggets! They were super hot and fresh and they were super fun to eat. Their root beer was also amazing. It always tastes super fresh when you get it at an A&W location! The root beer lollipop that came with the kids meal was also very good and flavorful to have as a late night snack later on! Their staff were super friendly and efficient as well!

If I could give this a -9999 I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless however you want your food made by a bunch of doped up idiots, and you want you food remade 4 times before you just need a refund. I ordered a specified multiple times that I wanted a spicy chicken sandiwch combo. Not hard, right? Wrong. My sandwich was regular and had one pickle. My boyfriend went inside to have it remade and they used some red grease? He also asked for extra pickles on it and the manager said no, he’s not allowed to ask for that. Now, mind you I go to kfc enough to know what the chicken sandwich is supposed to have on it.. spicy Mayo. So by this point I’m upset and go in myself. An old couple in front of me let me ahead of them because of how upset I looked. When I presented the sandwich to the cashier, he brought it back to the MANAGER and she said, in more or less words “too bad, that’s just how I make them”.. the couple that let me in front of them stated how bad of customer service that was, and she kept insisting that’s just how the sandwich is made. It was covered in grease so bag it was dripping from the bag and onto my hands. It’s supposed to be a creamy spicy mayo. I don’t normally get so upset, especially when they fix it correctly, but to be treated like that by the MANAGER, I’m seriously appalled. Get better.. this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I hope they read this too. Maybe if you stopped visibly being on drugs at work, you could do your job correctly.

Spent over 10$ on a chicken sandwich to only get home, and find the chicken is inedible and rock hard. It looks like a week old chicken breast. The sandwich was just thrown together sloppy and all my fries were in the bottom of the bag. I tried to call to complain and no answer. KFC you just lost a customer forever. Absolutely disgusting shame on you KFC owego

Waited 5 minutes behind someone in the drive thru then had to wait another 5 minutes before I could give them my order. Then ended up watching another 10 minutes waiting to get to the drive up window. I just gave up and drove away. It's bad enough that this KFC is more expensive than any of the other KFC's in the area.
