She warmed our hearts and souls with her cheerful, bubbly personality and was perfectly attentive. We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie, but it was even better because there was wine! I would highly recommend stopping by and experiencing Liz’s utopia.

The atmosphere is absolutely adorable—perfect for a relaxing night out or a fun (and maybe not-so-relaxing 🤪) evening with friends. The owner is incredibly kind and always such a joy to interact with—she truly cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make every visit special and fun!
Not only is the wine selection fantastic, but the food is also delicious, and the events she hosts make this place even more special. Owego is so lucky to have such a wonderful small business, and if you’re ever in the area, this is a must-visit! ☺️👏🏼

This place is adorable, super cozy, and has a great selection of wine. The prices are fair. The downside is, the service is TERRIBLE. The owner is too busy chatting with her friends then to serve customers in an amount of time anyone would consider reasonable. In summary; this is more of a setting for the owner to socialize than a business being operated with a goal of success. Great concept, great location, poor execution. They do not serve soda despite what the menu says and all food is microwaved
