As empty nesters, we now tap our local resources more often when our appetites demand. I believe when last we were here, it was curbside due to Covid, and they handled it Well! This past week, we were Not disappointed ordering again to go and partaking in the Dugans " Friday Only " Fish fry. The Fish was in what I believe to be a Beer batter, portions were very impressive and it's tastes demands a repeat ? I had coupled our meals with both homemade Mac and Cheese...
A quaint, attractive old building with several well-decorated rooms for dining and a cool bar area. Rooms to rent are upstairs. We sat at the bar and met several local couples who had been there forever and loved our conversation with them. Riley was our bartender and he was just super! We ordered the hot roast beef and the chicken pot pie. Both were delicious! Prices are incredibly reasonable. $5 for a Guinness and $4.25 for a glass of wine. Even the food was very reasonable....
Evening out with a friend. Scalloped potatoes and ham looked great that she ordered. My salmon with dill dressing on plate of salad was delicious. Certainly hope this is a special another time as I would definitely order again. Great service.
