Great place and great food! Always friendly and welcoming! Stayed open late on a Sunday for all of my work friends to give me a little farewell party before I moved away. They didn’t have to do that, and it was last minute and I could’ve easily turns away. Awesome wings great specials, I’m going to miss this bar!

Love this place !! Dive bar extraordinaire except the clientele is great and the staff is extraordinary! This is the model that all dive bars should use. Dirt cheap prices, exquisite burgers and food, exceptional staff. What a wonderful experience. Can't go wrong here. If you want interesting conversation with the locals, you came to the right place. Food would be great at twice the price so this place is a bargain. The Rainbow is so non-descript and a sleeper on the corner of town in Owego but such a great establishment. Don't pass it by, you'll regret it.
