Stood in line for almost 15 mins while they slowly did an order. Then they decided to ring out the customer together because apparently it takes two. Finally when the one woman was done ringing out she came over to us, but instead of taking our order she proceeded to IGNORE us and take the car that had just pulled up to the drive thru. Left without ordering. Completely unprofessional and rude. No wonder no one is hardly in this store.

I went thru the drive thru. They don't listen or cant hear. I said every veggie except pickles and hot peppers and got what I didn't want, pickled and hot peppers,some lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and drsg. No green peppers or olives, banana peppers. Just not what I told them or really like. There was plenty of parking.

Online order placed for a 1 15 pickup was not ready at 1 30 becuase they did not have the bread that was chosen. Understandable but the salads on the order were not made either. Dining room is very dirty, all the tables have leftover food on them.

I order food threw the drive threw and they literally gave me just bacon and mayo when I order a BLT. Then when I went back into the place the guy got mad at me!! like what?? Why get mad at me for your mistakes.
