I stopped into taco Bell for the first time. I've never eaten there before. I had one soft taco so I could see what it tasted like... It was okay. Could of used more meat filling. .. they charge extra for sour cream. I didn't order the sour cream. The place is very clean .. the kitchen just sparkles. It did just open 2 months ago. The manager ,, he cares about the business. He was there working with employees. I will stop again. Price was average for their food. You help yourself to the drink's.
Overall a good experience.. I would go again..

I'll start by saying I went later in the evening (8:45 ish) and was the third car in line to the window. Ordering was immediate, waiting for food was a little on the longer side (15 minutes) but not bad at all compared to most, and definitely not bad given that they just opened a month and a half ago. Food order was correct, it was hot, and it was what I expected from Taco Bell.

I wouldn't wait in line if it was long until they're well established (give it a few more months), but it wasn't a bad experience by any means.

Don't bother unless you drive thru. Wendy's across the road has great service fresh and won't keep you waiting

Would give it no stars because service sucks. Used the app and put an order in 2 hours ago and the order isn’t ready like it was supposed to be. This Taco Bell is a joke🤬

It’s nice to have a Taco Bell in Owego so we don’t have to drive to Vestal. We waited a few weeks for the hype to go down. We’ve never waited long for food, staff is always nice and orders have been accurate!!!

This Toco Bell is not on their game whatsoever! Ordered two softshell tacos, one cheesy wrap steak Chalupa and a large nacho fry. While ordering, I asked for the nacho fries to be out of the fryer. When they handed me the bag, I was focused on the fries because they were extremely cold not t
warm at all. I explained to the employee that I ordered it from the fryer. He was nice. Replaced the nacho fry with another. It was warm, but had hardly any of the nacho seasoning on it. We didn’t complain. We were on our way to a very important appointment so we didn’t have time to check the bag for everything we ordered we get down the road and what do you know the steak Chalupa was missing. They did not put it in our bag! Had to go back to Toco Bell for the steak Chalupa and the shell on it was so hard it was EXTREMELY difficult to eat! They seem like nice ppl but they really need to focus!

After (3) visits I can confidently say my family and I will not be returning. First visit was shortly after the grand opening 120 minute wait and we were given the wrong items while dining inside. The following two visits we used the drive thru. The first time our order had to be repeated 3 times and we were missing two items when we got home. More than a week later we went through the drive thru and we again were missing 2 items. At $40 a visit and to be missing the larger food items is not acceptable. It is not the customers responsibility to ensure order accuracy. Fortunately Owego has plenty of eateries to choose from.

Store will fail if they don't get it together. I showed up around 930, and the lobby was locked and it looked like the staff was in the dining room yelling at each other. One polite and professional gentleman came out to let me know that the drive through was open. There was only 2 cars ahead of me but I waited a solid 15 minutes. The guy at the window gave me my drink that he didn't fill all the way(not by much but noticeable) but also didn't give me a straw and closed the window as I asked for a straw. After waiting a while he gave me my food, no napkins, didn't ask if wanted any sauce and closed the window as I was asking for a straw for the second time. He noticed me after a minute and I asked for a straw which he gave without a single word. So overall I waited about 20ish minutes, half of which was with my drink with no straw... then I get home and my order is wrong. I asked for cheesy gordita crunches with steak but still got beef. Definitely got some issues to be addressed.

Haven't been able to even get food here. Went once with a long line and made it to the 2nd car away from the ordering spot and heard them tell that vehicle it'd be an hour for food so we left. Since then twice I've been there with shorter lines and sat there not moving in line for over 10min. We ended up going to the one in JC instead
