Great place to shop!

Food was great. Portions were generous. We enjoyed learning local history from the owner, too. Just can't figure out why the place wasn't packed. Recommend this restaurant.

I love the woman that owns this but her husband, the cook, really screwed up my meal. I ordered chicken tenders. Simple, right? Guess not. The chicken was burnt just shy of being black. That is how they were brought to me. I didn't send them back because I saw him before he did my order and he was glaring. I figured if I sent them back he would do something to my order. I ate what I could. Plus there is only a couple choices for dipping sauce. Ridiculous. We have ate there before but never had such horrible food.

We had a great time here. The food was good and reasonably priced. The place was very clean. And it is a big place. We were told by our server that it used to be the main lobby of a hotel. Our server was very good and she gave us little history tidbits which we enjoyed a lot. It was a Sunday late afternoon when we arrived and there was only one other couple there. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. And we took a walk up and down the one way street checking out the shops, window shopping because they were closed, but we will be back.

Server was very friendly however the wait time for food with only 2 other tables was over an hour and a half. Food was not very good either unfortunately. Quite hot inside too.

Ms. April was charming, sweet and quite knowledgeable about Tioga. We stopped just to have coffee, but ended up with two scrumptious desserts - I had the Creme brí»lée which was a true custard (not that instant stuff) so yummy. My husband had the brownie - thick and moist, generous size served with vanilla ice cream on the side - he was very pleased. We ate our desserts and listened while Ms April shared some of the history of Tioga. We will certainly stop in again.

An adorable café with a vintage, calm atmosphere. Nothing quite like the waitress, as she is very kind and accommodating. The blend of time periods and the great food are the perfect complement. I had the shrimp creole, described perfectly by the waitress, and a great spice was implemented within. If you're in Owego, make sure to stop by.

This place is amazing. You can see the history behind the amazing vibes and the people. April is a wonderful person to be around. The food is so delicious, hits the spot with every bite. A real hidden gem this place. Can't wait to be back!

The food is always great - I love the Greek salad and Cajun fries! The owners are also very welcoming and know us by name and we are never rushed out - we really enjoy each visit & look forward to going again soon A&A

Really friendly, attentive service. Food was excellent. Tried the veggie burger with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms with Swiss and it was one of the best I've had.
