Victoria was amazing, she should get promoted, she was taking care of taking the orders on the drive trhu, taking care of the front desk, serving ice cream and everything at the same time. Everything with a GREAT attitude and smile on her face.
Sometimes a restaurant is amazing because the people in it are amazing just like the people here.

Food was cold. Cashier was nice. Place was empty, why was the food cold?, also, there is an awful smell when you walk into this wendys, so bad you really don't want to order food. Either their not cleaning the bathrooms🤢, or the septic is backing up, whatever it is, it is nasty. Employees sharing a vape pen by the other entrance on their breaks, is there no break room or an area where they can sit outside instead of on the ground next to the entrance???

As soon as you walk in it smells like bathroom which are located in between the entrance doors and restaurant. Staff may not be properly trained but food quality also lacked I fear because of it. I usually don’t come to restaurants reviewed below 4 stars for this reason. It’s a good reminder. Should have just tried the steak bites at Arby’s instead. 😭

Really nice fast food option in the area. We had a bad experience at another fast food location close by and tried this one on our way back from Niagara. The staff were friendly, the place is clean and there is plenty of seating.
