Despite the negative reviews and the 3.2★ rating I didn't have a bad experience at this Dunkin'. This location is far from perfect, as my mobile order did not show up on their screen so I wasn't sure if it was being made, they were out of some donuts, and the employees don't speak much english, but overall it was a pretty typical Dunkin' experience.
Drinks were made right. Can't complain.

They discriminate against veterans here, BY INDIVIDUAL. Man ahead of me was able to receive free donut for veterans’ day, but I was refused service and told to BUY A COFFEE to receive donut. They refused to look at my ID and related DD-214. Staff was verbally abusive and called police over a window broken PRIOR to my arrival. Would leave ZERO STARS if able. Lawsuit pending. Ordered in advance, got there 10 minutes later. Sat for another 15 minutes while they made my order and had it listed as ready the entire time, when I got my food my hashbrowns were flatten into a latke and my loaded hashbrowns magically turned into the brisket ones.

I surveyed my friend group-text (6 dudes) and we voted this the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in America.
Rude workers and terrible product, it has been this way for years. They also do not know the difference between milk grades.
My sources say this establishment also does not understand the difference between vanilla cream and Bavarian cream donuts. Not a good look for a donut shop.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese to eat on my way to work and my sausage wasn’t in the sandwich and mind you the employee was divulged in conversation and couldn’t complete my single mobile order at 7:16 in the morning . This store is an embarrassment I hope somebody with a brain owns that establishment so he can fire everyone who’s been operating .
