The manager wouldn't take my order at the counter. He just said kiosk and pointed. Now I'm waiting to pick up my order. He says, "asks" to stay. I say kiosk says to go. Sad that they don't want to talk to their customers. Another place that I'll not be going back to.

I'm about 1/3 done with my ice coffee from this morning and I start to choke. I cough up what I first thought to be a pill but it turned out to be plastic and very sharp shards of plastic. I called several times when it happened and no answer.

The ownership and management are by far the worst on Long Island. They won't upgrade the drink in the McChicken meal deal and they sometimes put the wrong chicken patty on it. Check the cameras for my past orders and you can see I'm a regular and you can see it'll be two different chicken patties occasionally and it's annoying.

It seems that they work for free, terrible treatment, they throw the food in your bag and you tell them that it is to be consumed at the premises, they make the order if they feel like it
